In assessing the human problems which may occur in the development of a traffic system in an offshore area, some lessons may be learnt from the work which has been done on the similar problems arising in port approaches. There are several fundamental differences between the port and offshore problems such as the direction and density of traffic flow, the parochial as opposed to the international legislation and the difficulties that attend the positive identification of passing traffic. These considerations mean that it must not be supposed that the solutions which have been discovered in the port approaches may be simply transferred to the offshore case, but the similarity of aims in the two systems make a comparative study worthwhile. Basically, each authority must first legislate to allow control and guidance of the traffic. From this right to control must stem the obligation to organize the traffic into a scheduled stream, but this regulated stream will only reduce the risk of conflict if the schedule can be maintained by surveillance, communication and the cooperation of the mariner.

Resumen: Ante el fenómeno inesperado que tuvo el golpe de estado y la derrota de la sublevación sobre el Estado republicano, surgieron toda una serie de micropoderes que intentaron y compitieron entre sí por ocupar el espacio que había dejado vacío el Gobierno. Estos micropoderes, comités revolucionarios en su mayoría, no solo persiguieron ganar la guerra, sino iniciar y asentar un proceso revolucionario, contrapuesto al modelo de estado Republicano. Estos centros, al ejercer la justicia popular, fueron catalogados por los sublevados como “checas”, ligando su imagen al modelo de policía política soviético, la Cheká. En este trabajo se va a analizar el término checa, comparando los dos sistemas, el ruso y el español, para valorar si este concepto ayuda o entorpece nuestra comprensión sobre un fenómeno tan complejo como fue el de la revolución.Palabras clave: Guerra civil, Cheká, Violencia, comités, Madrid.Abstract: Faced with the unexpected phenomenon of the coup d'état and the defeat of the revolt against the republican state, a whole series of micro-powers arose that tried and competed with each other to occupy the space left by the government. These micro-powers, revolutionary committees for the most part, not only sought to win the war, but to initiate and settle a revolutionary process, as opposed to the Republican state model. These centers, in exercising popular justice, were labeled by the insurgents as "Checa", linking their image to the Soviet political police model, the Cheká. In this paper we will analyze the Cheká term, comparing the two systems, Russian and Spanish, to assess whether this concept helps or hinders our understanding of a phenomenon as complex as the revolution.Keywords: Civil war, Cheká, Violence, committees, Madrid.

The gold standard for measuring anhedonia is the Snaith-Hamilton Pleasure Scale (SHAPS). To date, there are no validated electronic versions of this questionnaire. We aim to study the equivalence between the traditional paper-and-pencil format and a digital version of the SHAPS. A group of 67 patients completed both SHAPS formats, and differences between formats were assessed. McNemar’s test showed no significant differences between the two systems. The Kappa coefficient was over 40% for most items, and reliability was above 0.8, showing good to excellent levels of internal consistency. Thus, we have demonstrated a close equivalence between paper-and-pencil and electronic SHAPS.

Abstract Based on neural machine translation, this article introduced the ConvS2S system and transformer system, designed a semantic sharing combined transformer system to improve translation quality, and compared the three systems on the NIST dataset. The results showed that the operation speed of the semantic sharing combined transformer system was the highest, reaching 3934.27 words per second; the BLEU value of the ConvS2S system was the smallest, followed by the transformer system and the semantic sharing combined transformer system. Taking NIST08 as an example, the BLEU values of the designed system were 4.74 and 1.49 higher than the other two systems. The analysis of examples showed that the semantic sharing combined transformer had higher translation quality. The experimental results show that the proposed system is reliable in English content translation and can be further promoted and applied in practice.
