AbstractSymmetric operators have benefited in different fields not only in mathematics but also in other sciences. They appeared in the studies of boundary value problems and spectral theory. In this note, we present a new symmetric differential operator associated with a special class of meromorphically multivalent functions in the punctured unit disk. This study explores some of its geometric properties. We consider a new class of analytic functions employing the suggested symmetric differential operator.

For a nondecreasing functionK:[0,8)?[0,8)and0<p<8,-2<q<8, we introduceQK(p,q), aQKtype space of functions analytic in the unit disk and study the characterizations ofQK(p,q). Necessary and sufficient conditions onKsuch thatQK(p,q)become some known spaces are given.

LetHbe the class of functionsf(z)of the formf(z)=z+∑ K=2 + ∞a k z k, which are analytic in the unit diskU={z;|z|<1}. In this paper, we introduce a new subclassBλ(μ,α,ρ)ofHand study its inclusion relations, the condition of univalency, and covering theorem. The results obtained include the related results of some authors as their special case. We also get some new results.

A basic theorem of iteration theory (Henrici [6]) states thatfanalytic on the interior of the closed unit diskDand continuous onDwithInt(D)f(D)carries any pointz ϵ Dto the unique fixed pointα ϵ Doff. That is to say,fn(z)→αasn→∞. In [3] and [5] the author generalized this result in the following way: LetFn(z):=f1∘…∘fn(z). Thenfn→funiformly onDimpliesFn(z)λ, a constant, for allz ϵ D. This kind of compositional structure is a generalization of a limit periodic continued fraction. This paper focuses on the convergence behavior of more general inner compositional structuresf1∘…∘fn(z)where thefj's are analytic onInt(D)and continuous onDwithInt(D)fj(D), but essentially random. Applications include analytic functions defined by this process.

Abstract The survey collects many recent advances on area Nevanlinna type classes and related spaces of analytic functions in the unit disk concern- ing zero sets and factorization representations of these classes and discusses approaches, used in proofs of these results.

In this paper we consider an integral operator for analytic functions in the open unit disk and we derive the order of convexity for this integral operator, on certain classes of univalent functions.

In this paper, by making use of the principle of strong subordination, we establish some interesting properties of multivalent analytic functions defined in the open unit disk and closed unit disk of the complex plane associated with Dziok-Srivastava operator.

For real numbersαandβsuch that0≤α<1<β, we denote by𝒦α,βthe class of normalized analytic functions which satisfy the following two sided-inequality:α<ℜ1+zf′′z/f′z<β  z∈𝕌,where𝕌denotes the open unit disk. We find some relationships involving functions in the class𝒦(α,β). And we estimate the bounds of coefficients and solve the Fekete-Szegö problem for functions in this class. Furthermore, we investigate the bounds of initial coefficients of inverse functions or biunivalent functions.
