Transcatheter technology has been increasingly used for paravalvular leak closure. We report the use of “ Fusion Technology” (EchoNaviagator, Phillips, Tustin, CA) that combines real-time 2 and 3 dimensional trans-esophageal echocardiography with fluoroscopy imaging to facilitate paravalvular leak closure. This could help to identify the exact site, size, depth and shape of the paravalvular leak for proper positioning of the occluder device, which may result in saving time and effort.

With the rapid development of network technology, network-based humanoid robot technology will also be open to the development of gradual and orderly progress. This article is based on the C / S architecture, the server responsible for controlling the record of news and information network transit between paragraphs; through remote interaction, real-time client to complete the real humanoid robot control functions. Interoperability between the client, first to sign the server. Server information of all registered users to return to the client process, then the client users will be able to get online users to select the remote robot interaction. .When a user operation, the client program as a virtual robot through the virtual robot laboratory will be displayed in real-time robot control results.

In this paper, based on the wavelet transform method, the multi-sensor data fusion technology is adopted to solve some key problems in pipeline leak detection system. Compared with the traditional filtering method, the wavelet transform method can better remove the pipeline leakage signal noise. When the corresponding wavelet is selected, after FPGA realized, the method has the advantages of fast speed, arbitrarily data width set, which can better meet the needs of real-time signal processing requirements of pipeline leak. At the same time, VHDL language has the characteristics of portability, greater generality. When multi-sensor fusion technology is used in the paper, the relation, correlation, estimation and integrated processing is done in turn to the information from multiple data sources, the system can achieve better detection performance than a system using the single sensor, so as to form a more complete, reliable pipeline real time detecting conclusion.

Contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (CE-MRI) has acquired a central role in the field of diagnosis and evaluation of breast cancer due to its high sensitivity; on the other hand, MRI has shown a variable specificity because of the wide overlap between the imaging features of benign and malignant lesions. Therefore, when an additional breast lesion is identified at CE-MRI, a second look with targeted US is generally performed because it provides additional information to further characterise the target lesion and makes it possible to perform US-guided biopsies which are costless and more comfortable for patients compared with MRI-guided ones. Nevertheless, there is not always a correspondence between CE-MR findings and targeted US due to several factors including different operator’s experience and position of patients. A new technique has recently been developed in order to overcome these limitations: US with MR coregistration, which can synchronise a sonography image and the MR image with multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) of the same section in real time. The aim of our study is to review the literature concerning the second look performed with this emerging and promising technique, showing both advantages and limitations in comparison with conventional targeted US.

Sensors are used more and more widely today. It can get valuable images through multi-sensor fusion technology. The paper designs an image security method for multi-sensor fused image. It includes keys generation, permutation, diffusion and decryption. Using six decimal numbers it can get three keys in keys generation part. The process of permutation used a new chaotic map to shuffle positions of image pixels. The process of diffusion used classic chaotic map to flat the histogram of the ciphered image. Decryption process is the reverse process of encryption process. The results prove its validity. It also show it can be used in real-time information protect for fused image.
