The goal of the present work is a comparative study of the effectiveness of the application of intergel systems and molecularly imprinted polymers for the selective sorption and separation of neodymium and scandium ions. The following physico-chemical methods of analysis were used in this study: colorimetry and atomic-emission spectroscopy. The functional polymers of polyacrylic acid (hPAA) and poly-4-vinylpyridine (hP4VP) in the intergel system undergo significant changes in the initial sorption properties. The remote interaction of the polymers in the intergel system hPAA–hP4VP provides mutual activation of these macromolecules, with subsequent transfer into a highly ionized state. The maximum sorption of neodymium and scandium ions is observed at molar ratios of 83%hPAA:17%hP4VP and 50%hPAA:50%hP4VP. Molecularly imprinted polymers MIP(Nd) and MIP(Sc) show good results in the sorption of Nd and Sc ions. Based on both these types of these macromolecular structures, principally new sorption methods have been developed. The method based on the application of the intergel system is cheaper and easier in application, but there is some accompanying sorption (about 10%) of another metal from the model solution during selective sorption and separation. Another method, based on the application of molecularly imprinted polymers, is more expensive and the sorption properties are higher, with the simultaneous sorption of the accompanying metal from the model solution.

The aim of this research work is comparative study of influence of ionic radii of heavy metal ions of neodymium and scandium on their sorption process from corresponding water solutions of sulfates by sorbents such as individual ion-exchangers Amberlite IR120, AB-17-8 and mixture of these sorbents related to interpolymer system Amberlite IR120-AB-17-8 at the various molar relations. Laboratory experiments of this work of sorption heavy ions of neodymium and scandium were carried out and inves-tigated by using the following physico-chemical methods of analysis: conductometry-based on the electrical conductor, pH-metry-based on the concentration of hydrogen ions, colorimetry, atomic-emission spectro-scopy. Ion-exchangers in the interpolymer system undergo remote interaction with further transition into highly ionized state. There is formation of optimal conformation in structure of the initial ion- exchangers. Significant increase of ionization of the ion-exchange resins occurs at molar ratio Amberlite IR120:AB-17-8 = 5:1. Significant increase of sorption properties is observed at this ratio due to mutual activation of ion-exchangers. The extraction rate of Nd3+ ions in 48 hours is 42.32%, and the extraction rate of Sc3+ ions is 38.06%. A possible reason for higher sorption of neodymium ions in comparison with scandium ions is maximum conformity of globes of internode links of Amberlite IR120 and AB-17-8 after activation to sizes of neodymium sulfate in an aqueous medium.

Uranyl ions sorption of by interpolymer system consisting of polyacrylic acid hydrogel (hPAA) and polyethyleneimine hydrogel (hPEI) has been studied. Rate of uranyl ions extraction by the initial polymers and interpolymer system hPAA-hPEI, polymeric chain binding rate and dynamic exchange capacity of initial polymers and interpolymer system hPAA-hPEI were calculated. Based on obtained outcomes it was found that area of maximum rate of uranyl ions extraction is within the ratios of 67%hPAA:33%hPEI and 33%hPAA:67%hPEI. Maximum uranyl ions extraction rate after 48 hours of hydrogels remote interaction was 90.0 %, when polymeric chain binding rate was 9.1 % and dynamic exchange capacity was 1.14 mmol/g. Rate of uranyl ions extraction by the initial polymer hydrogels 100 % hPAA and 100 % hPEI was 68.0 % and 52.0%. Obtained outcomes showed changes of initial polymeric hydrogels sorption properties in intergel system leading to functional groups obtaining higher reactive ability, which makes it possible to use them for further development of highly efficient uranyl ions extraction sorption technology.

During the period of digitalization and building the knowledge economy the conditions and nature of human labour (including people’s intellectual work) are significantly changing. The author analyzes a vast amount of publications on the topic and concludes that building intellectual potential is largely dependent on the effectiveness of models of crossfunctional and interpersonal coordination used, as well as on how various groups (hierarchy levels) of the company are prepared to cooperate with each other. Therefore, the author points out a vital role of social and cultural factors, following tradition and ensuring the continuity of development for success in enlarging intellectual potential. The article emphasizes the importance of preserving key social skills of the employees in the context of development of digital technology and remote interaction. The author points out the limited potential of “creative class” representatives in an industrial company which makes development of tools for internal entrepreneurship, implemented with the support of its own staff, even more acute. So, the new reality presupposes that the most important task of increasing intellectual potential of an industrial company and obtaining dynamic capabilities essential for its development should be solved with the consideration of the action of inertial forces. Thus the process will be of more uniform and stable character, and it will ensure the continuity of various social and historical practices which existed in Russia and the USSR. The institutional environment for reproduction of innovation formed at the corporate level should involve modern international models and methods of job organization and take into account cultural and historical peculiarities of development of the Russian society.

Some technological solutions contain valuable components and can become an additional source of rare-earth elements to satisfy the current production demands. This research provides the study on using a combination of polyacrylic acid hydrogel (hPAA) and hydrogel of poly-4-vinylpyridine (hP4VP) in different molar ratios for praseodymium ions sorption from its nitrate solution. The mutual activation of the hydrogels in an aqueous medium provides their transformation into a highly ionized state by the conformational and electrochemical changes in properties during their remote interaction. The electrochemical properties of solutions were studied by the methods of electrical conductivity, and pH measurements of the solutions. The research showed that the maximum activation of hydrogels was revealed within the molar ratio of hPAA:hP4VP equal to 1:5. Moreover, the total praseodymium ions sorption degree after 24 hours of sorption by individual hPAA and hP4VP was 54 % and 47 %, respectively, whereas the praseodymium ions sorption degree by the hPAA–hP4VP intergel system in the molar ratio 1:5 became 62 %. A slight increase in the sorption degree of praseodymium ions by the intergel system in comparison with individual hydrogels can be explained by the achievement of a higher ionization degree of hydrogels being activated in the hPAA–hP4VP interpolymer system by the remote interaction effect.

A tele-rehabilitation system that can achieve remote interaction between a physical therapist (PT) and a patient was developed. Patients need to execute rehabilitation exercises to maintain upper limb function. However, it is difficult for them to travel to hospitals without aid. This system is equipped with a PC and a Kinect sensor at the hospital side (i.e., the PT), and a PC and an upper limb assistive device in the patient’s home. The PT displays the motion in front of a Kinect sensor, which identifies the motion. In addition, the device on the home side assists the motion of the patient using the Internet. When the device receives a force higher than the safety value from the patient at any particular point on it, vibrators at the corresponding point on the PT’s arm start to vibrate. Thereby, the PT can identify the patient’s condition and limitations. The time delays in the transmission of data of device motion and the vibrators were measured and compared. As a result, the PT could identify the patient’s condition faster than the motion of the device.

Abstract Agriculture is an important aspect of India's economy, and the country currently has one of the highest rates of farm producers in the world. The world of agriculture is becoming increasingly serious. Delivering a high-quality product is only part of the equation in today's industry. A chatbot is a tool or assistant that you may communicate with via instant messages. The chatbot understands what you're trying to say and responds with a sensible, relevant reply or just completes the best errand for you. The goal of this project is to create a Chatbot that uses natural language processing to promote remote interaction between users/farmers and the agriculture environment. A chatbot is being developed that can answer basic questions from farmers as well as give possible agricultural knowledge and solutions. This technology assists farmers in distant areas without internet access in better understanding the crop to be cultivated based on atmospheric conditions and answering fundamental agricultural concerns. In this project we have tried implementing Multi-Layer Perceptron model and Recurrent Neural Network models on the dataset. The accuracy given by RNN was 97.83% much better comparable to MLP.
