Spatial interpolation of a surface electromyography (sEMG) signal from a set of signals recorded from a multi-electrode array is a challenge in biomedical signal processing. Consequently, it could be useful to increase the electrodes' density in detecting the skeletal muscles' motor units under detection's vacancy. This paper used two types of spatial interpolation methods for estimation: Inverse distance weighted (IDW) and Kriging. Furthermore, a new technique is proposed using a modified nonlinearity formula based on IDW. A set of EMG signals recorded from the noninvasive multi-electrode grid from different types of subjects, sex, age, and type of muscles have been studied when muscles are under regular tension activity. A goodness of fit measure (R2) is used to evaluate the proposed technique. The interpolated signals are compared with the actual signals; the Goodness of fit measure's value is almost 99%, with a processing time of 100msec. The resulting technique is shown to be of high accuracy and matching of spatial interpolated signals to actual signals compared with IDW and Kriging techniques.

Abstract: The dramatically increasing levels of antibiotic resistance are being seen worldwide, and is a significant threat to public health. Antibiotic and drug resistance is seen in various bacterial species. Antibiotic resistance is associated with increased morbidity and mortality and increased treatment costs. Antisense-relevant technologies include the utilization of oligonucleotide molecules to interfere with gene expression, as a new technique for the treatment of antibiotic-resistant bacteria has been proposed antisense agents or nucleic acids analogs with antibacterial properties, which are commonly very short and their size almost 10-20 bases and can be hinted to peptide nucleic acids (PNAs), phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomers (PPMOs) and locked nucleic acids (LNAs). This review highlights that PNAs, PPMOs, and LNAs target the genes that cause destroy the gene and inhibit the growth of bacteria. These results open a new perspective for therapeutic intervention. In future studies, it is necessary to examine different aspects of antisense agents, for example, safety, toxicity, and pharmacokinetic properties of antisense agents to be employed in clinical treatment.

Abstract This paper presents a new technique for disturbing the algebraic structure of linear codes in code-based cryptography. Specifically, we introduce the so-called semilinear transformations in coding theory and then apply them to the construction of code-based cryptosystems. Note that Fqm can be viewed as an Fq -linear space of dimension m , a semilinear transformation φ is therefore defined as an Fq -linear automorphism of Fqm . Then we impose this transformation to a linear code C over Fqm . It is clear that φ (C) forms an Fq -linear space, but generally does not preserve the Fqm -linearity any longer. Inspired by this observation, a new technique for masking the structure of linear codes is developed in this paper. Meanwhile, we endow the underlying Gabidulin code with the so-called partial cyclic structure to reduce the public-key size. Compared to some other code-based cryptosystems, our proposal admits a much more compact representation of public keys. For instance, 2592 bytes are enough to achieve the security of 256 bits, almost 403 times smaller than that of Classic McEliece entering the third round of the NIST PQC project.

We witness many people who face disabilities like being deaf, dumb, blind etc. They face a lot of challenges and difficulties trying to interact and communicate with others. This paper presents a new technique by providing a virtual solution without making use of any sensors. Histogram Oriented Gradient (HOG) along with Artificial Neural Network (ANN) have been implemented. The user makes use of web camera, which takes input from the user and processes the image of different gestures. The algorithm recognizes the image and identifies the pending voice input. This paper explains two way means of communication between impaired and normal people which implies that the proposed ideology can convert sign language to text and voice.

The security of digital data has become an essential need. Because the storage, transmission of data social networking has became inevitable, the need to ensure that data is no longer a luxury but an absolute necessity. The picture takes a large part of the data and its presence every day more important. in this paper, we use a new technique encryption which is poly encryption, this technique is based on the Decomposition of the image in a random manner, and each block will be encrypted by an algorithm that used different algorithm

Objective: The study's main goal is to develop a suitable niosomes (NS) encapsulated drug for anti-inflammatory effects such as diacerein (DC) and to evaluate the system's vesicle size (VS), entrapment efficiency (EE %), physical stability and in vitro release. Methods: Tween (40 and 60), cholesterol, and stearylamine were used in a 1:1:0.1 molar ratios as non-ionic surfactants. Thin film hydration was used to create the NS. Results: The higher EE% was observed with NS (F11) prepared from tween 60, cholesterol and 2.5 min sonication. These formulations' release patterns were Higuchi diffusion and first order. For the stability study, NS formulations were stored at temperature between 2-8 °C for 60 d retains the most drugs when compared to room and high temperature conditions. Conclusion: The findings of this study have conclusively shown that after NS encapsulation of DC, drug release is prolonged at a constant and controlled rate.

The utilization of chitosan nanoparticles is a novel technique for gene transformation into plant tissues. It takes a few minutes to transform gene to plant. UidA gene was detected in <i>Escherichia coli</i> (K12 strain) using polymerase chain reaction analysis by UidA-specific primers. The gene was transformed into the explants of two different plant species (<i>Solanum tuberosum</i> and <i>Paulownia tomentosa</i>). These plants have different natures as crop and woody plants respectively. Therefore, they have different abilities to express the UidA gene. The gene is expressed into blue color in plant tissues due to the formation and expression of the GUS enzyme. The transformation of the UidA gene was detected morphologically by the formation of blue color; and molecular using PCR. Chitosan nanoparticles were characterized by UV/Visible spectroscope and photographing with a transmission electron microscope (TEM). As a result of this research, it is suggested that chitosan nanoparticles be used in gene transformation into plant tissues. Because it is safe, quick, and inexpensive, as well as biocompatible and biodegradable.
