Environmental monitoring is increasingly playing a significant role in such aspects as environment protection, emergency disaster response and rescue, and macro decision-making etc. However, the intrinsic characteristics of complexity and spatial-temporal diversity, multi-scale features and heterogeneity brought from various means of data acquisition make the integration of multi-source data with high-efficiency becomes an international challenge nowadays. In this paper, the design and implementation of a vehicle-borne platform based on Internet of Things for environmental monitoring has been achieved. And then, by merging and matching environmental data and spatial data, more intensive multi-source environmental parameters and information can be obtained to act as meaningful supplementation of fixed environment monitoring stations. The research of this paper is conductive to the transition of environment monitoring from static methods to dynamic methods and from data-based empirical model to sensor network-based quantitative model. As a result, current environment monitoring will become more timely, dynamic, integrated and intelligent.

Abstract. With the development of National Platform for Geospatial Information Services in China, it accumulated massive image data with multi-source, multi-temporal and multi-scale. Displaying and taking full use of these historical data can be meaningful to the users. This paper provided design and implementation of multi-temporal image service system based on national platform, which meets the requirements of different users. In this paper, the design of the overall system architecture was introduced, and different system levels stated respectively. The Key technologies presented in the third part, and the implementation displayed parts of functions of this system. Applications, that is typical, recommended in the following part. Also, future efforts and discussions were put forward in the end, which could be guided following work. The research also looks forward to the development of national platform, and the direction of services that should be provided by multi-temporal image service is already under development.

Purpose To provide an overview of communication characteristics exhibited by individuals with Angelman Syndrome (AS) and special considerations associated with the design and implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) programs. Method Results of recent studies exploring individuals' uses of AAC are reviewed, with particular emphasis on factors related to individuals' acceptance and successful uses of AAC systems. Results Not applicable Conclusion Despite their inconsistent access to practices previously found to foster individuals' acceptance of AAC systems, individuals with AS demonstrate the ability to use AAC systems, including high-tech AAC devices, successfully.
