Opening the almond currently rely on the manual to complete and is unable to meet the requirements of mass production. For the design of almonds opening machine of automatic control device, we determine the morphological changes, vibration characteristics, extrusion force changes and other parameters of the almond of opening moments, so as to provide calculation basis for choosing suitable step motor and determining parameters of circuit’s electrical components. Electromagnetic buzzer as a vibration sensor to detect the vibration signal, the photoelectric sensor to detect the almond’s position signal, the proximity switch sensor to detect the working position and amplified signals to process circuits, under the control of MCU, the step motor driving a load let the almond opening process achieve the automatic.


Automation or automatic control has been a growing trend in industrial fields as well as in life because of the advantages and utilities that help optimize work and reduce manpower in production. In medium and large scale automatic control systems, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used as the control device for the system. In production, the transmission system using motors takes a large proportion and the problem of controlling for them to operate correctly, meeting technological requirements is one of the difficulties that need to be solved. In this study, we have applied PLC to stabilize motor speed according to preset value using PID algorithm integrated in Siemens S7–1200 PLC in order to apply research results in practice. At the limit of the article, we will present the issues of PID function block configuration, programming algorithm flowchart for PLCs, and monitoring console design for a small DC motor drive system model to verify.

Abstract Rapid quantitative analysis of compounds of prime interest in the production of synthetic rubber is possible by a relatively simple technique of spectroscopy. An apparatus suitable for such analyses is described, which does not require skilled technicians. It may be easily converted into an automatic control device for the control of production. The spectra of the natural and synthetic rubbers illustrated provide information concerning the structure of rubber molecules and can be used to identify the type of rubber present in unknown samples.

The equation of the profile curve of the slot for the rolling body of the automatic control device is obtained, this equation is used to stabilize the output parameter of the adaptive friction contact withindirect control. It is shown that the parameters of the comparison block and the additional adder are functionally dependent on the maximum coefficient of friction.
