Teknologi Informasi (TI) serta Sistem Informasi (SI) saat ini wajib ada dalam menunjang sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Arsitektur yang baik beserta dokumentasinya yang sesuai memungkinkan kemudahan pemeliharaan agar sistem tidak menjadi usang. Dalam  hal  ini  arsitektur  TI didefinisikan  sebagai framework yang  terintegrasi  untuk  mengembangkan  atau memelihara  TI  yang  ada  dan  memperoleh  TI  yang  baru  untuk  mencapai  tujuan strategis organisasi. The Open Group Architectural Framework (TOGAF): Kuat pada Aspek Arsitektur Bisnis dan Arsitektur Teknis. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan TOGAF ADM mulai dari fase pendahuluan, kebutuhan manajemen, visi arsitektur, bisnis arsitektur, arsitektur system informasi, arsitektur teknologi,serta solusi dan peluang. Menetapkan 3 prinsip pengembangan arsitektur informasi teknologi adaptif pada Universitas Bina Insan. Pengembangan aplikasi berbasis single sign on (sso) untuk intergrasi antar system. Merupakan sebuah hasil dari penelitian ini yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah rancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang berifat adaftip dengan konsep yang di adopsi berupa teknologi virtualisasi server, serta pemanfaatan proses bisnis mampu berjalan efisien, efektif serta sesuai yang diinginkan manajemen.

Sensor-based digital systems for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) of nuclear reactors are quite complex in terms of architecture and functionalities. A high-level framework is highly required to pre-evaluate the system’s performance, check the consistency between different levels of abstraction and address the concerns of various stakeholders. In this work, we integrate the development process of I&C systems and the involvement of stakeholders within a model-driven methodology. The proposed approach introduces a new architectural framework that defines various concepts, allowing system implementations and encompassing different development phases, all actors, and system concerns. In addition, we define a new I&C Modeling Language (ICML) and a set of methodological rules needed to build different architectural framework views. To illustrate this methodology, we extend the specific use of an open-source system engineering tool, named Eclipse Papyrus, to carry out many automation and verification steps at different levels of abstraction. The architectural framework modeling capabilities will be validated using a realistic use case system for the protection of nuclear reactors. The proposed framework is able to reduce the overall system development cost by improving links between different specification tasks and providing a high abstraction level of system components.

The initial aim of the research was to develop a framework that would enable architects to look for thermoregulation methods in nature as inspiration for designing energy efficient buildings. The thermo-bio-architectural framework (ThBA) assumes designers will start with a thermal challenge in a building and then look in a systematic way for how this same issue is solved in nature. The tool is thus a contribution to architectural biomimicry in the field of building energy use. Since the ThBA was created by an architect, it was essential that the biology side of this cross-disciplinary tool was validated by experts in biology. This article describes the focus group that was conducted to assess the quality, inclusiveness, and applicability of the framework and why a focus group was selected over other possible methods such as surveys or interviews. The article first provides a brief explanation of the development of the ThBA. Given the focus here is on its validation, the qualitative data collection procedures and analysis results produced by NVivo 12 plus through thematic coding are described in detail. The results showed the ThBA was effective in bridging the two fields based on the existing thermal challenges in buildings, and was comprehensive in terms of generalising biological thermal adaptation strategies.

Abstract Context.—Lymphomas have traditionally been diagnosed on excisional biopsies of lymph nodes in order to evaluate tissue architecture and cytomorphology. Recent lymphoma classification schemes emphasize immunophenotypic, genetic, and molecular aspects in addition to morphology as diagnostic features. Core needle biopsies are increasingly being used to obtain tissue for diagnosis in patients with lymphadenopathy and a clinical suspicion of lymphoma. These procedures are rapid, minimally invasive, well tolerated, and may provide some architectural framework (unlike fine-needle aspirations), as well as material for ancillary studies. Objective.—To explore the accuracy, utility, and cost-effectiveness of this technique. Design.—Core needle biopsies of 101 consecutive patients from 2 large community hospitals who were suspected of having primary or recurrent lymphomas were retrospectively reviewed. All patients had hematoxylin-eosin–stained sections of needle cores. Specimens morphologically suspicious for lymphoma were subjected to ancillary studies, including immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and/or molecular studies. Core needle biopsy diagnoses were correlated with subsequent excisional biopsies, if performed. Results.—Core needle biopsies established a definitive pathologic diagnosis for the vast majority of cases. A diagnosis was considered sufficient to begin treatment for primary and recurrent lymphomas in most cases. Compared with an open biopsy, there is a cost savings of greater than 75%. Conclusion.—The accuracy of this technique, along with the cost savings and decreased morbidity, suggest that this method may be used safely and reliably as a first-line diagnostic technique.
