The paper dedicates in commemoration of K.A. Bagrinovsky, known scientist, doctor of economic sciences, professor. His thesis was theoretic problems of mathematical modeling and operation of economy. His works in the operations research, the methods making decision, the simulation were received in scientific world. The analysis and the modeling of the mechanisms for scientific and technological development for the production systems of different level in economic hierarchic both centrally controlled economy and making mechanism were conduced by Bagrinovsky in CEMI RAS. The paper presents the investigations (2001–2015) of the analysis and the simulation of the different mechanisms of the innovational activity. It also discusses the methods of the development the complex of the simulation models. In a sense simulation modeling is the science and the art as the selection of the salient parameters for the construction model, intake simplification, the computer experiment and the making decision based on scarcity of accuracy models rest on the heuristic power of men: the practical trial, the intelligence and the intuition. K.A. Bagrinovsky introduced the considerable endowment in the development of this direction for economic and mathematical investigation. The principal object was to show that the relationship between the innovational policy and the technological structure, scientific research sector and the introducing of the progressive production and the organizational structure is obtainable by the models. The character of these relationships may be to use in control of the parameters for the modernization economic. The construction simulation models and the experimental computation analysis were presented the investigations the different mechanisms of the innovational development ant the variants of the estimation have been accomplished on the modeling level by the computer experiment.

The correlation and spectral properties of a multicomponent narrowband periodical non-stationary random signal (PNRS) and its Hilbert transformation are considered. It is shown that multicomponent narrowband PNRS differ from the monocomponent signal. This difference is caused by correlation of the quadratures for the different carrier harmonics. Such features of the analytic signal must be taken into account when we use the Hilbert transform for the analysis of real time series.

In this article the optimization of a realistic oil and gas separation plant has been studied. Two different fluids are investigated and compared in terms of the optimization potential. Using Design of Computer Experiment (DACE) via Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) and rigorous process simulations, surrogate models using Kriging have been established for selected model responses. The surrogate models are used in combination with a variety of different evolutionary algorithms for optimizing the operating profit, mainly by maximizing the recoverable oil production. A total of 10 variables representing pressure and temperature various key places in the separation plant are optimized to maximize the operational profit. The optimization is bounded in the variables and a constraint function is included to ensure that the optimal solution allows export of oil with an RVP < 12 psia. The main finding is that, while a high pressure is preferred in the first separation stage, apparently a single optimal setting for the pressure in downstream separators does not appear to exist. In the second stage separator apparently two different, yet equally optimal, settings are revealed. In the third and final separation stage a correlation between the separator pressure and the applied inlet temperature exists, where different combinations of pressure and temperature yields equally optimal results.<br>

The article performed the processing of the results of a computer experiment to determine the cooling time of oil in a stopped oil pipeline. We proposed a calculation model in previous works that allows you to simulate the process of cooling oil. There was a need to verify the previously obtained results when conducting a laboratory experiment on a stand with soil. To conduct the experiment, it was necessary to conduct the planning of the experiment. The factors affecting the cooling time of oil in the oil pipeline, which will vary in the proposed experiment, are determined, empirical relationships are established. A regression analysis was carried out, and the dispersion homogeneity was checked using the Cochren criterion. The estimates of reproducibility variances are calculated. The adequacy hypothesis was tested using the Fisher criterion. Significant regression coefficients are established.
