When designing the underground logistics system, it is necessary to consider the uncertainty of logistics nodes, high cost, and high risk. This paper employed the theories of uncertain graph and dynamic programming to solve the network planning problem of underground logistics system. Firstly, we proposed the concepts of uncertainty measure matrix and vertices structure uncertainty graph by using uncertainty measure and uncertainty graph. Secondly, vertices structure uncertainty graph of the underground logistics system was constructed based on our proposed vertices structure uncertainty graph and the uncertainty of logistics nodes. Thirdly, the dynamic programming model of the underground logistics system was established, and its solution algorithm was also designed by improving simulated annealing. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the method was validated by using a numerical example of the underground logistics system in Xianlin district, Nanjing City in China.

The success of the Program of housing stock renovation in Moscow depends on the efficiency of resource management. One of the main urban planning documents that determine the nature of the reorganization of residential areas included in the Program of renovation is the territory planning project. The implementation of the planning project is a complex process that has a time point of its beginning and end, and also includes a set of interdependent parallel-sequential activities. From an organizational point of view, it is convenient to use network planning and management methods for project implementation. These methods are based on the construction of network models, including its varieties – a Gantt chart. A special application has been developed to simulate the implementation of planning projects. The article describes the basic principles and elements of modeling. The list of the main implementation parameters of the Program of renovation obtained with the help of the developed software for modeling is presented. The variants of using the results obtained for a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of large-scale urban projects are proposed.

A freely moving nodes forming as group to communicate among themselves are called as Mobile AdHoc Networks (MANET). Many applications are choosing this MANET for effective commutation due to its flexible nature in forming a network. But due to its openness characteristics it is posing many security challenges. As it has highly dynamic network topology security for routing is playing a major role. We have very good routing protocols for route discovery as well as for transporting data packers but most of them lack the feature of security like AODV. In this paper we are studying the basic protocol AODV and identify how it can be made secure. We are studying a protocol S-AODV which is a security extension of AODV which is called Secure AODV (S-AODV) and we are studying enhanced version of S-AODV routing protocol a Adaptive Secure AODV (A-SAODV). Finally we have described about the parameter to be taken for performance evaluation of different secure routing protocols
