Abstract The author found that the problem is there is no means as a medium of information for students who want to join the training, and the absence of a system capable of managing data with a good agenda. Obviously this is difficult for participants who are out of town Lubuklinggau.Metode, which is used in information systems at the Office of E-Government Education and Training Agency Lubuklinggau city-based website using Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and to investigate the running system, use methods of Object Oriented Programming (oOP), using several tools such as UML, use Case, Skanario, activity diagram, seguence diagram, and class diagram,. Support software used is XAMMP, Adobe Dreamweaver CS6, MySQL database as well as supporting documentation laporan.Dengan their programs and web-based systems, which are already connected to the Internet, of course, will greatly simplify data management agenda, and will be very helpful in terms of information  Keywords: E-Government Information Systems, Web.

In this chapter, we study the use of a formal object-oriented method within Relational Unified Process (RUP). Our purposes are (a) to unify different views of UML models; (b) to enhance RUP and UML with a formal method to improve the quality of software; (c) to scale up the use of the formal method with the use-case driven, iterative and incremental aspects of RUP. Our overall aim is to establish a sound foundation of RUP and UML and scale up the use of formal methods in software-intensive system development.

This research project gathered data about the use of UML and object-oriented analysis and design as the approach to the development of information systems. The data collection method consisted of interviews with information systems application developers with wide ranging differences in background. The authors used causal mapping for analysis of the data gathered. This chapter focuses on the authors’ experiences with causal mapping as a method for exploring issues and relationships. Causal mapping was also used to document tips on its use illustrating these with findings regarding UML and object-oriented analysis and design in particular.

The ability to correctly identify system requirements is seen by most Information Systems (IS) researchers and practitioners as essential to the design and development of effective information systems (Yadav, Bravoco et al. 1988; Vessey 1994). Requirements are used to drive all subsequent stages of systems development and are critical to system validation. Incorrect requirements or poorly specified requirements usually produce systems that require major revisions or are abandoned entirely (Pressman 1996). Recently, many new techniques and methodologies have been introduced to assist analysts and users in efforts to identify and specify system requirements (Coad, North et al. 1995) (Pancake 1995). One of the newest approaches to be used in this effort to improve requirements analysis is the application of object oriented analysis (OOA).
