Here a system of two non-linear difference-differential equations, which is mathematical model of self-regulation of the sugar level in blood, is investigated. The analysis carried out by qualitative and numerical methods allows us to conclude that the mathematical model explains the functioning of the physiological system "insulin-blood sugar" in both normal and pathological cases, i.e. diabetes mellitus and hyperinsulinism.

Higher complexities of multiscale entropy (MSE) curve present the physiological system has the better ability to adapt under environment change. Traditional way to distinguish different complexity groups of MSE curves according to the area under MSE curves (AUC) by human self-determination, but that would be difficult to judge when some curves had similar AUC or had overlapped. This paper proposed a combination clustering and MR control chart to calculate the group distances as the response to assessment the clustering result of different MSE curves combination. From the experiment analysis result for ECG signal, using the four features considered in this paper could provide a good recognition in cluster MSE curves.

Whole grain wheat has a diverse supply of hydrophilic and lipophilic antioxidants which include phenolic compounds (phenolic acids, flavonoids, anthocyanins which are present only in pigmented wheat, alkylresorcinols, and to a lesser extent proanthocyanidins), carotenoids (mainly lutein and zeaxanthin) and tocochromanols (α, β, γ and δ - tocopherols and tocotrienols). This diversity of antioxidants function to protect consumers from radical-induced oxidative damage caused by various free radicals produced endogenously from metabolic processes and exogenously from sunlight and other chemicals and environmental pollutants. They also chelate metal ions which could catalyze oxidation reactions in the physiological system, thereby providing antioxidant protection. However, phenolic compounds might exert pro-oxidant effect when bound to heavy metal ions. This effect could be prevented by the diverse antioxidant system in wheat.

The multiscope process, cancer is attributable from various geneses. Eventually, cancer is a complicated disease with unconstrained interca-lation and impacts on the physiological system. Therefore, an ideal cancer therapy must be like a multi-edged sword. Broadly, currently, available cancer therapies are the cytoprotective, inhibitors of oncogenes, correctors, and cell destructors. Doubtless, cancer therapists are most frequently handling apoptosis and autophagy inducers, targeting of tumor suppressor genes, epigenetic and immune therapies. How-ever, each therapy has a number of challenges yet to be resolved. This revision is aimed to find out some important points, depicting till the date, how successful we are and what are the failures behind those modes of therapeutic strategies.
