The case-based reasoning (CBR) method can effectively predict the future health condition of the system based on past and present operating data records, so it can be applied to the prognostic and health management (PHM) framework, which is a type of data-driven problem-solving. The establishment of a CBR model for practical application of the Ground Special Vehicle (GSV) PHM framework is in great demand. Since many CBR algorithms are too complicated in weight optimization methods, and are difficult to establish effective knowledge and reasoning models for engineering practice, an application development using a CBR model that includes case representation, case retrieval, case reuse, and simulated annealing algorithm is introduced in this paper. The purpose is to solve the problem of normal/abnormal determination and the degree of health performance prediction. Based on the proposed CBR model, optimization methods for attribute weights are described. State classification accuracy rate and root mean square error are adopted to setup objective functions. According to the reasoning steps, attribute weights are trained and put into case retrieval; after that, different rules of case reuse are established for these two kinds of problems. To validate the model performance of the application, a cross-validation test is carried on a historical data set. Comparative analysis of even weight allocation CBR (EW-CBR) method, correlation coefficient weight allocation CBR (CW-CBR) method, and SA weight allocation CBR (SA-CBR) method is carried out. Cross-validation results show that the proposed method can reach better results compared with the EW-CBR model and CW-CBR model. The developed PHM framework is applied to practical usage for over three years, and the proposed CBR model is an effective approach toward the best PHM framework solutions in practical applications.

To solve the problem of the missing data of radiator during the aerial war, and to address the problem that traditional algorithms rely on prior knowledge and specialized systems too much, an algorithm for radiator threat evaluation with missing data based on improved Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) has been proposed. The null estimation algorithm based on Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging (IOWA) is adopted to calculate the aggregate value for predicting missing data. The attribute reduction is realized by using the Rough Sets (RS) theory, and the attribute weights are reasonably allocated with the theory of Shapley. Threat degrees can be achieved through quantization and ranking of radiators by constructing a TOPSIS decision space. Experiment results show that this algorithm can solve the incompleteness of radiator threat evaluation, and the ranking result is in line with the actual situation. Moreover, the proposed algorithm is highly automated and does not rely on prior knowledge and expert systems.

Abstract This paper proposes a group decision making method based on entropy of neutrosophic linguistic sets and generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic operators. This method is applied to solve the multiple attribute group decision making problems under single valued neutrosophic liguistic environment, in which the attribute weights are completely unknown. First, the attribute weights are obtained by using the entropy of neutrosophic linguistic sets. Then three generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic operators are introduced, including the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic weighted averaging (GSVNLWA) operator, the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic ordered weighted averaging (GSVNLOWA) operator and the generalized single valued neutrosophic linguistic hybrid averaging (GSVNLHA) operator, and the GSVNLWA and GSVNLHA operators are used to aggregate information. Furthermore, similarity measure based on single valued neutrosophic linguistic numbers is defined and used to sort the alternatives and obtain the best alternative. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.

With respect to multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems, in which the attribute weights take the form of real numbers, and the attribute values take the form of fuzzy linguistic scale variables, a decision analysis approach is proposed. In this paper, we develop a new fuzzy linguistic induce OWA (FLIOWA) operator and analyze the properties of it by utilizing some operational laws of fuzzy linguistic scale variables. A method based on the FLIOWA operators for multiple attribute group decision making is presented. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.

The aim of this article is to propose a multi-objective decision-making method for researching and solving multi-attribute heterogeneous group decision-making problems. This is in the case that the characters of the decision information and decision makers' preferences are heterogeneous, and the weight information is incomplete. In this method, the multi-objective decision-making model, which considers the alternatives decision relative closeness and the preference of heterogeneous degree of decision makers in the objective function, is put forward. In addition, this article uses the minimax method to derive the multi-objective decision-making model and obtain the attribute weights and decision makers weights, and then the optimal scheme is established. Finally, an illustrative example shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
