The big data includes the enormous flow of data from variety of applications that does not fit into the traditional data base. They deal with the storing, managing and manipulating of the data acquired from various sources at an alarming rate to gather valuable insights from it. The big data analytics is used provide with the new and better ideas that pave way to the improvising of the business strategies with its broader, deeper insights and frictionless actions that leads to an accurate and reliable systems. The paper proposes the big data analytics for the improving the strategic assets in the health care industry by providing with the better services for the patients, gaining the satisfaction of the patients and enhancing the customer relationship.

The failures in the most of research area, identified that the lack of details about the actionable and the valuable data that conceived actual solutions were the core of the crisis, this was very true in case of the health care industry where even the early diagnoses of a chronic disease could not save a person’s life. This because of the impossibility in the prediction of the individual’s outcomes in the entire population. The evolving new technologies have changed this scenario leveraging the mobile devices and the internet services such as the sensor network and the smart monitors, enhancing the practical healthcare using the predictive modeling acquiring a deeper individual measures. This affords the researches to go through the huge set of data and identify the patterns along with the trends and delivering solutions improvising the medical care, minimizing the cost and he regulating the health admittance, ensuring the safety of human lives. The paper provides the survey on the predictive big data analysis and accuracy it provides in the health care system.

Big data analytics plays a major role in today’s industry which insisted to use big data analytics for the analysis of previous data. Patient record keeping is very much important to track the history of the patient. According to the patient previous records, decision is made. Large volumes of data are created on a daily basis and this data is used in decision making process. But, health care industry has not sensed the potential benefits from big data analytics. To address this need, four big data analytics capabilities were identified. In addition to four, five capabilities were proposed which provides practical insights for administrator. On the other way, data security plays a key role in health care industry. In order to overcome this, a new architecture is proposed for the implementation to IOT and process scalable sensor data for health care systems. This paper focuses on data security so that we can make use of potential capabilities and benefits of big data analytics in a better way.

Today the digital data that world produces is unseen and spectacular. The data from social media, e-commerce and Internet of things generate approximately 2.5 quintillion of bytes per day. This amount is equals 100 million Blu-ray discs or almost 30,000 GB per second. Till today data is growing and will continue to grow in future. In the field of Health care industry, big data has opened new ways to acquire intelligence and data analysis. Collected records from patient, hospital, doctors, medical treatment is known as health care big data. Big data by machine learning are assembled and evaluates the large amount of data in health care. Analytic process and business intelligence (BI) is growing up day by day, as it acquires knowledge and makes right decision. As it is vast and complex growing data, it is very difficult to store. The tradition method of handling big data is incapable to manage and process big data. Hence to resolve this difficulty, some machine learning tools are applied on large amount of data using big data analytics framework. Researchers have proposed some machine learning approaches to improve the accuracy of analytics. Each technique is applied, and their results are compared. And this concluded that we get accurate result from one machine learning approach are called as Ensemble Learning. The final result observed that ensemble learning can obtain high accuracy. In this paper we shall study about various methods to process big data for machine learning and its statistic approaches. Further we study various tools for storing of big data, its advantages, and disadvantages in the field of health care industry.

The health care industry will be a large customer of big data while predictive analytics already underlie important health care and public health initiatives. Yet big data are not benign. For example, data brokers, the businesses that buy, process, and sell “big data” are performing an end-run around health data protection by creating data “proxies” outside of HIPAA-protected space. From 2012-14 various branches of the federal government published five major reports on privacy. All five were in favor of increased regulation of data brokers. However, their recommendations for legislative or regulatory intervention were quite diverse. This essay describes the various proposals and offers a critical synthesis.
