The failures in the most of research area, identified that the lack of details about the actionable and the valuable data that conceived actual solutions were the core of the crisis, this was very true in case of the health care industry where even the early diagnoses of a chronic disease could not save a person’s life. This because of the impossibility in the prediction of the individual’s outcomes in the entire population. The evolving new technologies have changed this scenario leveraging the mobile devices and the internet services such as the sensor network and the smart monitors, enhancing the practical healthcare using the predictive modeling acquiring a deeper individual measures. This affords the researches to go through the huge set of data and identify the patterns along with the trends and delivering solutions improvising the medical care, minimizing the cost and he regulating the health admittance, ensuring the safety of human lives. The paper provides the survey on the predictive big data analysis and accuracy it provides in the health care system.

Big data analytics plays a major role in today’s industry which insisted to use big data analytics for the analysis of previous data. Patient record keeping is very much important to track the history of the patient. According to the patient previous records, decision is made. Large volumes of data are created on a daily basis and this data is used in decision making process. But, health care industry has not sensed the potential benefits from big data analytics. To address this need, four big data analytics capabilities were identified. In addition to four, five capabilities were proposed which provides practical insights for administrator. On the other way, data security plays a key role in health care industry. In order to overcome this, a new architecture is proposed for the implementation to IOT and process scalable sensor data for health care systems. This paper focuses on data security so that we can make use of potential capabilities and benefits of big data analytics in a better way.

Today the digital data that world produces is unseen and spectacular. The data from social media, e-commerce and Internet of things generate approximately 2.5 quintillion of bytes per day. This amount is equals 100 million Blu-ray discs or almost 30,000 GB per second. Till today data is growing and will continue to grow in future. In the field of Health care industry, big data has opened new ways to acquire intelligence and data analysis. Collected records from patient, hospital, doctors, medical treatment is known as health care big data. Big data by machine learning are assembled and evaluates the large amount of data in health care. Analytic process and business intelligence (BI) is growing up day by day, as it acquires knowledge and makes right decision. As it is vast and complex growing data, it is very difficult to store. The tradition method of handling big data is incapable to manage and process big data. Hence to resolve this difficulty, some machine learning tools are applied on large amount of data using big data analytics framework. Researchers have proposed some machine learning approaches to improve the accuracy of analytics. Each technique is applied, and their results are compared. And this concluded that we get accurate result from one machine learning approach are called as Ensemble Learning. The final result observed that ensemble learning can obtain high accuracy. In this paper we shall study about various methods to process big data for machine learning and its statistic approaches. Further we study various tools for storing of big data, its advantages, and disadvantages in the field of health care industry.

PurposeThe proposed article is aimed at exploring the opportunities, challenges and possible outcomes of incorporating big data analytics (BDA) into health-care sector. The purpose of this study is to find the research gaps in the literature and to investigate the scope of incorporating new strategies in the health-care sector for increasing the efficiency of the system.Design/methodology/approachFora state-of-the-art literature review, a systematic literature review has been carried out to find out research gaps in the field of healthcare using big data (BD) applications. A detailed research methodology including material collection, descriptive analysis and categorization is utilized to carry out the literature review.FindingsBD analysis is rapidly being adopted in health-care sector for utilizing precious information available in terms of BD. However, it puts forth certain challenges that need to be focused upon. The article identifies and explains the challenges thoroughly.Research limitations/implicationsThe proposed study will provide useful guidance to the health-care sector professionals for managing health-care system. It will help academicians and physicians for evaluating, improving and benchmarking the health-care strategies through BDA in the health-care sector. One of the limitations of the study is that it is based on literature review and more in-depth studies may be carried out for the generalization of results.Originality/valueThere are certain effective tools available in the market today that are currently being used by both small and large businesses and corporations. One of them is BD, which may be very useful for health-care sector. A comprehensive literature review is carried out for research papers published between 1974 and 2021.

Currently, there is an expanding interest for additional medical data from patients about their healthcare choices and related decisions, and they further need investment in their basic health issues. Big data provides patients presumptuous data to help them settle on the best choice and align with their medicinal treatment plan. One of the very advanced concepts related to the synthesis of big data sets to reveal the hidden pattern in them is big data analytics. It involves demanding techniques to mine and extract relevant data that includes the actions of piercing a database, effectively mine the data, query and inspect the data and is committed to enhance the technical execution of various task segments. The capacity to synthesize a lot of data can enable an association to manage data that can influence the business. In this way, the primary goal of big data analytics is to help business relationships to have enhanced comprehension of data, and subsequently, settle on proficient and very much educated decisions. Big data analytics empowers data diggers and researchers to examine an extensive volume of data that may not be outfit utilizing customary apparatuses. Big data analytics require advances and statistical instruments that can change a lot of organized, unstructured, and semi-organized data into more reasonable data and metadata designed for explanatory procedures. There is tremendous positive potential concerning the application of big data in human health care services and many related major applications are still in their developmental stages. The deployment of big data in health service demonstrates enhancing health care results and controlling the expenses of common people due to treatment, as proven by some developing use cases. Keeping in view such powerful processing capacity of big data analytics in various technical fields of modern civilization related to health care, the current research article presents a comprehensive study and investigation on big data analytics and its application in multiple sectors of society with significance in health care applications.

The term Big Data refers to large-scale information management and analysis technologies that exceed the capability of traditional data processing technologies. Big Data is differentiated from traditional technologies in three ways: volume, velocity and variety of data. Big data analytics is the process of analyzing large data sets which contains a variety of data types to uncover hidden patterns, unknown correlations, market trends, customer preferences and other useful business information. Since Big Data is new emerging field, there is a need for development of new technologies and algorithms for handling big data. The main objective of this paper is to provide knowledge about various research challenges of Big Data analytics. A brief overview of various types of Big Data analytics is discussed in this paper. For each analytics, the paper describes process steps and tools. A banking application is given for each analytics. Some of research challenges and possible solutions for those challenges of big data analytics are also discussed.
