Abstract, human resources have a central role in the development and advancementof an organization. Human recources development is closely related to educationalinstitutions, one of which is school. In order to optimize the process education in schools, itis important to ensure school quality assurance system. The goal of this system is to fulfillthe satisfaction of education stakeholders. To find out the expectations and satisfaction ofthe stakeholders, a school can obtain information by using various alternative ways deemedsuitable with the kind of information expected and the resources owned by the school.Keywords: quality assurance, satisfaction, stakeholdersAbstrak, sumber daya manusia memiliki peranan sentral bagi pengembangan dankemajuan organisasi. Pengembangan SDM terkait erat dengan lembaga pendidikan, salahsatunya adalah sekolah. Agar proses penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah bisa optimalmaka penting adanya sistem jaminan kualitas sekolah. Tujuan utama dari sistem jaminankualitas sekolah adalah agar terpenuhinya kepuasan stakeholders pendidikan. Untukmengungkap harapan dan kepuasan stakeholders sekolah bisa dilakukan melalui penggalianinformasi dengan menggunakan beragam alternatif cara yang dipandang sesuai denganjenis informasi yang diharapkan dan keberadaan sumber daya yang dimiliki sekolah.Kata Kunci: jaminan kualitas, kepuasan, stakeholders,informasi

The purpose of this study is to describe, (1) the steps of the internal school quality assurance system, (2) the strategy for implementing internal school quality assurance, and (3) the implementation of the implementation of the internal school quality assurance system. The method used in this study was descriptive qualitative with a case study research design. This research was conducted in Al-Kautsar Plus Primary School Malang by involving the Principal as key informants and additional informants as teachers. This study collected data using interview techniques, documentation studies and observations. The results of this study are, (1) the SPMI school's internal quality assurance steps in the school's internal quality assurance through the Plan, Do, Check and Act steps. (2) the school strategy in improving the quality of the superior schools is done internally, the development of syllabus, evaluation of minimum completeness criteria (KKM), graduation standard requirements (SKL), supervision of learning, and learning, and (3) the impact of the implementation of internal quality assurance carried out by Al-Kautsar Plus Primary School in the City of Malang, is school achievements have been achieved both nationally and internationally and the image of the school has increased.
