It is shown that the issues of metrological traceability for extended self-luminous objects with a wide range of brightness have not yet been resolved, since the rank scales of embedded systems are used for processing digital images. For such scales, there is no “fixed” unit, which does not allow you to get reliable results and ensure the unity of measurements. An experiment is described to evaluate the accuracy of determining the intensity (coordinates) of the color of self-luminous objects. In terms of repeatability and intermediate precision compared to the reference measurement method, the color and chromaticity coordinates of self-luminous objects (reference samples) were determined by their multiple digital registration using technical vision systems. The possibilities of the developed methodology for colorimetric studies in hardware and software environments from the point of view of constructing a multidimensional conditional scale are determined.

In order to implement the provisions of the Federal law No. 102-FZ and the regulations of the state system of ensuring the unity of measurements on the basis of the metrological service in the Federal state unitary Enterprise GosNII GA test laboratory software SI and information and measurement systems (IIS). In terms of software testing, the scope of authority of the laboratory includes algorithms and software (standalone and embedded) MI and IIS used in air transport and in the aviation industry. The article describes the main tasks solved by the laboratory in the process of certification of the SYSTEM software.

By gamma spectroscopic measurement a content of natural radio-nuclides (40K, 238U, 226Ra, 232Th) and 137Cs was determined in samples of soil, alfalfa, maize and moss on six sites in the surroundings of Belgrade. Natural radionuclides in the soil were at the level characteristic for Serbia, whereas a relatively high level of activity of 137Cs (around 30 Bq kg-1) was determined. On the other hand, in plant samples mostly used as feed (such as alfalfa and maize) the concentration of natural radio-nuclide activity and 137Cs was relatively low, i.e. below the range of detection. The content of natural radio-nuclides in moss was within the standard range of values specific for Serbia. However, the activity level of 137Cs in moss gathered from the wider area around Belgrade, was high, the highest measured level being in the Avala-Zuce area (158-221 Bq kg-1). Our results show that this radio-nuclide is still present in the living environment of Belgrade even 20 years after the Chernobyl disaster, and that moss is a good indicator of living environment 137Cs contamination.

The basic provisions of theoretical, applied and legislative Metrology are stated. Examines the theoretical foundations and applied problems of Metrology at the present stage, the historical aspects and provisions of the Metrology of nanotechnology and quantum processes as a special kind of measurement of physical quantities. The main provisions of the Federal law of June 26, 2008 № 102-FZ "on ensuring the unity of measurements"are presented. It corresponds to the Federal state educational standard of higher education of the last generation. For students of higher technical educational institutions studying on technical specialties, as a textbook on General professional and special disciplines, as well as for persons interested in measurement and metrological support.
