Access systems with face recognition is widely used today. They are used in many enterprises and institutes where it is necessary to control the flow of passing people.  Facially recognizable technical vision systems are important because they can be used to store specific individuals faces and use them for access control. As a result of analysis of same modern systems the variant of system there are additional functions is offered. The system consists of ESP-EYE module, with build-in wi-fi and Bluetooth modules, chip sensor camera “ OV2640” and LED display, which dasplays a notification for a person about granting or denying access, notifications are in two collors: geen and red respectively.. Also it has an emergency power supply in case of unforeseen situations. Wi-fi is used as a means of transmiting data from camera to the server. This transmition method of data transmition has several advantages over Bluetooth. It allows to the system to transfer data at a much higher speed and over a grater distance, it is also more secure, provides access to the internet and allows to control the system  remotely. All the listed advantages of this method of transmition give us a great variability in the operation and placement of the system. To recognize people system use a comparison method. It compares the person’s face with a database and, after processing it produces the result. To optimize and speed up this process, the system uses a method of image compression based on discrete wavelet transform. This method is the transmission of a signal through several filtres, usualy two. First, the signal is passed through a low-pass filter whis a pulse response g, resulting in an output signal in the form of a convolutional sum. At the same time the signal is decomposed by a high pass filter. The LPF gives an approximate shape of the output signal, and the HPF – the signal of difference or additional detail. Discrete wavelet transform in an oriented basis makes it possible to construct transformation matrices with a given number of filters ”m”, where “m” is in the general case a prime positive number. The simplest way to compare the two images is by substracting the brightness values of the two matrices and estimating the resulting matrix of differences using standard deviation. The use of standard deviation in combination with fiberboard in OB allows to speed up the process of face recognition in the system by discarding unncessary details, the absence of which minimaly harms the accuracy of the results. The advantages of this system are that it is less expensive, in compareson with existing analogs, less energy-consuming, easy to assemble and install, uses a relatively simple and at the same time quite accurate method of identidying a persons identity.

Traditional content-based assessment systems, which depend on the score as a key criterion for students’ evaluation, have proven to have many drawbacks, especially with the development of learning methods in recent years. Based on these developments, there is a need to adopt new assessment methods to assess the actual skills of students in the digital age. Therefore, the competency-based assessment approach is adopted in this paper to address the subject of students’ competency modelling and discovery in technology-enhanced learning systems. This method of assessment is perfectly suited to modern teaching trends. The authors proposed an approach of assessment semantic analytics to be used for discovering and assessing students’ competencies. This study notes that, all knowledge about students and their competencies has been modelled by semantic representations. Student’s models have been subjected to a set of learning analytics approaches to analyse data generated by students’ activities in order to discover their explicit and latent competencies hidden behind their activities. This experimental study indicates that the competency-based assessment approach is efficient and expected to show significant advantages in evaluating students’ competencies. Implications for practice or policy: Students become able to organise their gains, then integrate and employ them in solving life's problems. Educators get to know more about the extent to which the objectives of their educational process are achieved by evaluating the intellectual, cultural, knowledge, and skilful assets that the learners obtain. Educational policymakers can have a pedagogical and technical vision to move from the culture of content-based evaluations to a competency-based assessment.

В статье представлены результаты исследования, предметом которых являлась разработка и обоснование структуры прототипа программно-аппаратного комплекса технического зрения с использованием алгоритмов машинного обучения для предприятия пищевой промышленности. Ранее проведённые исследования показали, что современные алгоритмы машинного обучения способны эффективно анализировать и классифицировать изображения, как в статическом, так и в динамическом режиме. Исследования показали, что за последние десятилетия этой проблеме занимались как российские, так и зарубежные учёные. Обзор результатов исследований и функционирования пищевых промышленных предприятий, а также консервных комбинатов с точки зрения гарантированного выявления дефектов в производстве, свидетельствуют о целесообразности научных изысканий в данной области и указывают на актуальность дальнейшего совершенствования устройств и автоматизированных систем контроля герметичности консервов в условиях поточного производства. В статье раскрыты особенности разработки структуры прототипа, его функциональное описание, топологическая модель, морфологическая карта и его иерархическое описание, а также представлена структурно-функциональная схема автоматизации конвейерной линии. The article presents the results of a study, the subject of which was the development and substantiation of the structure of a prototype of a hardware-software complex of technical vision using machine learning algorithms for a food industry enterprise. Previous studies have shown that modern machine learning algorithms are able to efficiently analyze and classify images, both in static and dynamic modes. Studies have shown that over the past decades, both Russian and foreign scientists have dealt with this problem. A review of the results of research and the functioning of food industrial enterprises, as well as canning factories from the point of view of guaranteed detection of defects in production, indicate the expediency of scientific research in this area and indicate the relevance of further improvement of devices and automated systems for monitoring the tightness of canned food in continuous production. The article reveals the features of the development of the structure of the prototype, its functional description, topological model, morphological map and its hierarchical description, and also presents the structural and functional diagram of the automation of the conveyor line.

The emergence of a large number of transport interchange hubs, changes in megalopolis transport system’s confi guration leads to increasing number of passengers and changing in passenger fl ows using rail transport, which aff ects its functioning and requires consideration when creating and organizing 560 Интеллектуальные системы управления Автоматика на транспорте. № 4, том 7, декабрь 2021 the operation of an intelligent control system for urban rail transport systems. The analysis of the experience in the passenger fl ows study will make it possible to create new algorithms for forecasting passenger traffi c using modern technologies of agent-based modelling and technical vision. The article discusses a parking vehicles model, which allows to consider the factors aff ecting the duration of parking: passenger traffi c, platform unoccupied time, the number of passengers carried, the number of wagons in the train. The article develops structural and mathematical models of passenger fl ows of a transport interchange hub, designed to study the dynamics of an intelligent control system for urban rail transport systems. As an example, when constructing a mathematical model, the interaction of passenger fl ows within the Dmitrovskaya transport-interchange hub was considered, in which there is an intersection of passenger fl ows of three urban rail transport systems: a tramway station, Dmitrovskaya station, which is a station of the Riga direction of Moscow railway and a stopping point of the MCD-2 line of the Moscow Central Diameters, the Dmitrovskaya station of the Moscow Metro.

The subject of research is establishing psychophysiological regularities of technical (instrumental) means for representing the out-of-cockpit space and objects for solving the problems of piloting and spatial orientation used by flight personnel. In flight tests carried out on helicopters equipped with optical-television and thermal television systems, scientific data are obtained, indicating the regulatory influence of pilots’ spatial orientation image on the piloting efficiency and safety. The psychophysiological possibilities and limitations of using technical vision aids are established, and ergonomic requirements for their technical characteristics are formed. The research results provided the basis for making technical specifications for helicopters of a new generation, and can be useful in designing the information field of aircraft for various purposes.

This paper presents an improved method for adjusting individual mirrors –facets of heliostats of a Big Solar Furnace (BSF) with a heat output of 1000 kW in Uzbekistan. Due to the fact that a BSF consists of 22,790 pieces of individual mirrors, the adjustment - setting a specific geometric position of these mirrors is very important. The process of adjusting the mirrors is very time consuming and lengthy. Often exactly the adjustments are influenced by subjective factors by the aligners. In order to improve the performance and accuracy of the alignment, the facet of heliostats has applied the Technical Vision System (TVS), as well as improved the process of assessing the state of alignment and the processing of alignment data. The TVS consisting of a video camera, an interface, a personal computer and special software allows you to visually and accurately assess the alignment conditions of the heliostat facets before and after the alignment process. Allows you to save the data in computer memory for further processing and analysis. Allows you to create a database of the alignment status of each of the 62 heliostats of LSF. Special software developed by us allows you to quickly and accurately determine the deviations of the heliostat facets from the calculated geometric points in angular minutes. Based on the data obtained, you can build histograms, graphs, etc. for visual analysis of the heliostat alignment states before and after the alignment process.

The most rational method for identifying the quality of fruits is the optical method using PPE, which has the accuracy and stability of measurement, as well as distance and high productivity. The paper presents classification of fruit quality recognition systems and substantiates the design and technological scheme of the vision system for sorting them, consisting of an optical module with installed structural illumination and a video camera, an electronic control unit with an interface and actuators for the sorter and conveyor for fruits. In the course of the study, a single-stream type of fruit flow in PPE with forced rotation was substantiated, a structural and technological scheme of an STZ with a feeding conveyor, an optical module and a control unit, an algorithm for functioning of the STZ software was developed based on algorithm for segmentation of fruit colors, tracking algorithm, etc. deep learning ANN, which provide recognition of the size and color of fruits, as well as damage from mechanical stress, pests and diseases. The developed STZ has been introduced into the processing line for sorting and packing apples, LSP-4 has successfully passed preliminary tests and production tests at OJSC Ostromechevo. In the course of preliminary tests of the LSP-4 line, it was found that it provided fruit recognition with a probability of at least 95%, while the labor productivity made 2.5 t/h.

Abstract The mathematical model for reliability indicators calculation of the hybrid navigation system containing microwave and technical vision subsystems is proposed in this paper for the first time. The proposed method is based on the translation matrix concept of solutions to the Kolmogorov equation system and it allows us to obtain the mathematical expression of availability factor, downtime ratio, and other reliability indicators. Also the presented approach allows finding the reliability indicators for the cases of jump change of transition intensities caused by external influences. Besides the analytical method can be used for investigation of hybrid navigation system transient mode functioning. The results of the numerical calculations clearly demonstrated correctness of the proposed approach.
