Based on the fire tests of WILLIAMS double-poles structure, considering the dual nonlinear interaction of material and geometric, established one complete finite element model of grid structure. For the performance that the physical and mechanics properties of steel will degrade while the temperature arising, simulate the test models with ANSYS, get a better numerical results, proof the numerical method is feasible.

Drawing process is an important technology in shaping products. In the paper, the geometric surfaces of tools and sheet were modeled by Pro/E software, and a 3D finite element model of the cylindrical drawing process was developed by DYNAFORM. Numerical simulation results showed the distribution of stress, strain and thickness. FLD showed no material was in crack area and risk crack area. The drawing process could be successfully completed in one stroke. The simulation results were helpful for the die design.

With ANSYS/LS-DYNA dynamic analyzing method, the 3-D finite element model of testing segregation piles with low strain method is got. By analyzing reflective oscillogram of the segregation layer with the same thickness but different strength, the method to analyze the strength of the segregation layer is got. By comparing the reflective oscillogram of the concrete with the same strength but different thickness of the segregation layer, the method to test segregation thickness is formed. The experiment states that when the pile defect is qualitatively validated as segregation by accurately analyzing the amplitude of the stress wave of the segregation part and the amplitude of the reflective wave of the bottom pile, including the time corresponding to the amplitude. The level of the defect of the segregation layer can be judged quantitatively in a much smaller error range.

Introduce some basic knowledge, methods and theory of using the finite element software ANSYS to carry out contact analysis, and then establish the contact simulation analysis finite element model for CTP imaging drum and plate by using the software ANSYS. A numerical simulation analysis on the imaging drum and the plate indicates that the analysis results are consistent with the experimental results, so as to lay the foundation for the reliability and stability of dynamic design and optimization design of CTP imaging drum.

Abstract Aiming at the low simulation accuracy of the numerical simulation method of the joint response of the super-large section underground comprehensive pipeline gallery under the current complicated geological conditions, a numerical simulation method of the joint response of the super-large section underground comprehensive pipe gallery joint response under the complicated geological conditions based on the finite element model was proposed. According to the analysis process for the super-large section underground comprehensive pipe gallery, the viscous boundary of the comprehensive pipe gallery is determined. Additionally, by analyzing soil and structural parameters, the optimal combined dynamic boundary is used as the model boundary. The HSS model is used to describe the constitutive structure of the soil, and by improving the Goodman element to describe the contact surface of the model, the finite element model of the joint response of the comprehensive pipe gallery is constructed. Furthermore, based on the internal force balance and deformation coordination conditions, considering the influence of the deformation shape of the joint joints and the elongation of the prestressed tendons on the finite element model, the response model of the integrated pipe gallery joint is optimized. Experimental results show that the proposed method has higher numerical simulation accuracy.
