A model and a method for mathematical modeling of radiation charging of polymer microelectronic equipment housings with increased conductivity are developed, which are based on the application of the approximation function of the experimental dependence of the housing conductivity on the irradiation time obtained using parametric identification methods. The research results are aimed at developing composite polymer materials for microelectronic equipment housings with a conductivity that ensures the absence of electrostatic discharges and significantly increases the active life of spacecraft.

Compared to the probe based on conventional piezoelectric ceramic, the high-performance ultrasonic probe made from polymer composite materials is much better, which has characteristics such as high sensitivity, wide bandwidth and good directional. And probe’s thickness electromechanical coupling coefficient KT value is up to 68%, which means it can reduce the crosstalk effectively to the phased array probe. In industrial, due to its high bandwidth, it has obvious advantages when used in coarse-grained materials testing and high-precision thickness measurement. In the medical field, ultrasound will reflex significantly at the impurities or the interfaces, and produce the Doppler effect in the flow of blood. Based on the sound field distribution comparative study of polymer materials ultrasonic probe chip, this paper proposed some polymer new applications in ultrasonic testing field.

The article discusses current mathematical methods (probabilistic, regression, correlation, fuzzy, graph, and others) used in the study of the structure and property dependencies of polymer compositions and polymer composite materials. The authors consider the methodology and theoretical aspects of modeling these dependencies, give technological calculations using models. The paper provides examples of the analysis of the particular case of complex chemical and chemical-technological systems, polymer compositions and composite (polymer) materials. The authors show a possible solution to the problems of assessing the quality of composite polymer materials and the rational choice of the composition in homogeneous sets using fuzzy sets.

The use of prefabricated mini silo structures enables us to build containers for grain or animal feed and to transport the structural elements to the installation site. Traditional types of strengthening of concrete structures are steel and concrete cages. Polymer materials are widely used in construction. The methods of strengthening modern materials, such as lamellae, are being increasingly used. The issue of strengthening the structures with composite polymer materials is relevant.
