The purpose of the study was to analyze and study the factors influencing job search in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Data processing is performed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study using statistics, that is to see the comparison of the silmultan test which are all variables of age, education, and gender together against the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District, Tebo Regency. If partially tested the variables that have participation and education have a significant effect on the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir Subdistrict, Tebo Regency, while the income and gender variables are not significant on the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Subdistrict, Tebo Ilir Subdistrict, Tebo Regency.

This study entitled the analysis of economic growth, inflation, and interest rates on the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province. To analyze Indonesia's economic growth, inflation, and interest rates on the number of MSME business units in Jambi Province in 2003 – 2018. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression. The estimation results using the statistical f test show that all variables, namely economic growth, inflation, and Indonesian interest rates, together affect the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province, with statistical t-tests showing that economic growth variables have a significant effect on MSME growth in Jambi Province, inflation has a significant impact on the growth of MSMEs in Jambi Province, and Indonesian interest rates have a substantial impact on the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province. This study integrates disparate geographical areas of the American Southeast to show how studies of Early Mississippian (A.D. 900-1250) interactions can benefit from a multiscalar approach. Rather than focus on contact and exchanges between farming communities, as is the case with most Mississippian interaction studies, we turn our attention to social relations between village-dwelling St. Johns II fisher-hunter-gatherers of northeastern Florida and more mobile Ocmulgee foragers of southern-central Georgia; non-neighboring groups situated beyond and within the southeastern edge of the Mississippian world, respectively. We draw upon neutron activation analysis data to document the presence of both imported and locally produced Ocmulgee Cordmarked wares in St. Johns II domestic and ritual contexts. Establishing social relations with Ocmulgee households or kin groups through exchange and perhaps marriage would have facilitated St. Johns II access into the Early Mississippian world and enabled them to acquire the exotic copper, stone, and other minerals found in St. Johns mortuary mounds. This study underscores the multiscalarity of past societies and the importance of situating local histories in broader geographical contexts.

This study attempts to know how big the influence of ethics audit ( x1 ) and fee audit ( x2 ), simultaneously and partial on the quality of an audit ( y ) in office accountant the public city, using data collection method in the form of a questionnaire about 66 respondents.In the analysis data using the validity, reliabilitas.dan the assumption that the classic normality, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas.The method of analysis used analytics linear regression multiple regression, the determinan, the f, the t, and the r2 by using the tools spss16.0.The result showed, the audit ethics have influence on variables quality program audit fees in the research also has an effect on variables the quality of a partial audit and simultaneous.
