The purpose of the study was to analyze and study the factors influencing job search in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Data processing is performed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study using statistics, that is to see the comparison of the silmultan test which are all variables of age, education, and gender together against the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District, Tebo Regency. If partially tested the variables that have participation and education have a significant effect on the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir Subdistrict, Tebo Regency, while the income and gender variables are not significant on the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Subdistrict, Tebo Ilir Subdistrict, Tebo Regency.

This study entitled the analysis of economic growth, inflation, and interest rates on the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province. To analyze Indonesia's economic growth, inflation, and interest rates on the number of MSME business units in Jambi Province in 2003 – 2018. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression. The estimation results using the statistical f test show that all variables, namely economic growth, inflation, and Indonesian interest rates, together affect the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province, with statistical t-tests showing that economic growth variables have a significant effect on MSME growth in Jambi Province, inflation has a significant impact on the growth of MSMEs in Jambi Province, and Indonesian interest rates have a substantial impact on the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province. This study aims at analyzing influences of political perception of organization, affective commitment, work satisfaction and work stress towards employee’s eagerness to drop out with a variable of moderation perception of endorsement of organization. This study was conducted at PT PQRS. Analysis method used in this study was mixed method with the explanatory sequential design.The number of the sample was 157 respondents for closed questionnaire and 3 participants for opened questionnaire. The questionnaire measurement was closed with scale 1-7. In quantitative analysis data analysis used was multipel regression analysis with moderating variable and  a help of SPSS 23 program. In qualitative analysis data analysis used was deskiptive analysis.In quantitative analysis of examination findings toward hypothesis, it is indicated that variable of political perception of organization positively affects an eagerness of dropping out, affective commitment affects an eagerness of dropping out negatively, work stress positively affects an eagerness of dropping out and perception of endorsement of organization can moderate correlation between affective commitment and work stress towards an eagerness to drop out yet not between  perception of endorsement of organization and work satisfaction towards employee’s eagerness to drop out.In qualitative analysis gives results that support the results of hypothesis testing where employees reveal the existence of political behavior and work stress is high enough accompanied by the level of affective commitment and job satisfaction which is low, so that it gives the impact on the high desire to get out of work. Other results indicate that organizational support can be perceived by employees so that moderation testing that is conducted get support that the desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at low levels of affective commitment and the employees’ desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at the high level of work stress.

Abstract The present study sets out to investigate an important aspect of gendered performance, namely, the presence of interactional metadiscourse in conference presentations delivered in Persian. The study pursues two primary objectives: firstly, to compare the quantity and quality of interactional metadiscourse markers as expressed by male and female academics; secondly, to investigate some other factors influencing the phenomenon under investigation. The data include twenty-four conference presentations by twelve males and twelve females. The quantitative analysis showed a statistically significant difference in the use of interactional metadiscourse by male and female presenters. However, the qualitative analysis helped the authors to identify more similarities than differences. In point of fact, such factors as academic status and nativeness had caused the speakers to use different metadiscourse strategies.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether design, quality and service had an effect on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. In this study the methods used are quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The technique of sampling this study was used by accidental sampling. To facilitate the measurement of scores from the questionnaire so that the calculation is correct, then each item is given a score based on the Likert scale. From the multiple linear regression equation it was found that design (X1), quality (X2), and service (X3) had a positive influence on consumer decisions so that buying a Mitsubishi car at PT. Ocean of Berlian Utama Motor Bengkulu.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> Speaking ability is one of the aspect in language development, which is vital to be planted since young age. The purpose of this research are (1) to describe the role playing practice in order to elevate the speaking ability of Group A in TK Ananda Kota Batu, (2) to describe the enhancement of speaking ability of Group A through role playing practice in TK Ananda Kota Batu. This research used “Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). This research utilize 2 cycle of data processing which allows each data is processed using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The result of this research shows that there is an increase of speaking ability for child from cycle I to cycle II.</p><strong>Abstrak:<em> </em></strong>Kemampuan berbicara merupakan salah satu aspek perkembangan bahasa yang perlu ditanamkan sejak anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan <em>role playing</em> dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara pada anak kelompok A TK Ananda Kota Batu (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok A melalui penerapan <em>role playing</em> di TK Ananda Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Peneilitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus dimana setiap siklus analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berbicara anak dari siklus I sampai II terjadi peningkatan.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis of social insurance in Ukraine, the analysis of the current state and prospects of its development and the directions of improvement of modern social insurance in the conditions of development of Ukraine. The content and features of social insurance are considered in the work, the description of methods of the quantitative analysis of its modern activity is given, the methods of the qualitative analysis of prospects of its development are investigated. Purpose. Research of theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis of social insurance in Ukraine, analysis of the environment and results of social insurance and development of directions of improvement of analytical maintenance of social insurance in Ukraine in modern conditions. Method (methodology). The solution of the set tasks is carried out by means of methods of an estimation and the analysis of risks and efficiency of financing, an estimation of financial and economic indicators of activity, statistical methods. Results. The project of use of tools of improvement of modern activity of pension fund as directions of studying of analytical maintenance of social insurance in Ukraine is offered. The directions of use of software means of data processing on research of social insurance in Ukraine are developed. The effectiveness of the proposed measures is substantiated.

The development of medical E-commerce is facing many challenges and constraints from government, businesses, individuals and other aspects. This paper, on the basis of the full investigation, elaborates Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) to make qualitative analysis. The modeling shows a clear hierarchical relationship between the various influencing factors and differentiates the surface factors, shallow factors, middle factors and underlying factors to expect to provide some suggestions for the development of medical E-commerce, and also lay the theoretical foundation for the quantitative analysis.

Outbound tourism gets special attention from tourism academic circles and tourism companies recently. And now China has become the world’s largest outbound tourism consumer. So this paper is written to research the influence factors of China’s outbound tourism market, providing reference for the study of China’s outbound tourism market. The literature study have found that the number of China’s outbound tourism related to the duration of their leisure trips, exchange rate, residents’ deposits and the number of tourism agency. By using of the econometric methods and R-studio, we build a multiple linear regression model. In the end, we get a conclusion by quantitative analysis of data and qualitative analysis of tourism’s law. We found that there are linear relations exists in logarithm of the number of China’s outbound tourism, the residents’ deposits ,the logarithm of duration of their leisure trips and the logarithm of number of tourism agency.

The article reviews the attitude of the heads of pre-school institutions towards the experience of working with international projects. Pre-school education is specific by its functions and is of pivotal importance in forming the potential of the state’s human resources. Attendance in activities of international projects opens important opportunities to pre-school education establishments, while on the other hand requires due professional abilities of the leaders. Factors stimulating the participation of pre-school institutions in international projects are emphasized along pointing out the obstacles of taking part in activities of international projects. Improvements of the projects activities abilities of the heads of pre-school institutions are researched. Increasing importance of engagement of pre-school institutions in activities of international projects made the raise for the research of the problem: what are the factors of the work with international projects by the heads of pre-school institutions? The aim of research is to reveal the factors influencing on the work of national and foreign heads of the pre-school institutions with the international projects. The object of research is the factors of participation of the heads of pre-school institutions in international projects. Methods of the research: quantitative analysis – interviewing of Lithuania’s heads of pre-school institutions; qualitative analysis – standard (via questionnaire) interviewing of the Lithuanian, Slovenian, Swedish heads of pre-school institutions; statistical analysis. Quantitative analysis has showed that Lithuanian heads of pre-school institutions are stimulated to attend the international projects by the challenge of acquiring new skills, improvement of development process and project activities abilities. Results of the qualitative analysis revealed the following factors motivating the work of the heads of pre-school institutions with the international projects: acquiring new experience, improvement of development process and leaders’ project activities abilities as well as co-operation on the international level. The main obstacle preventing from the work with the international projects revealed in both quantitative and qualitative analysis is the language barrier. According to respondents more active work in international projects could be supported through arrangements of various tutorial seminars including seminars for foreign language improvement. The conclusion based on the results of qualitative analysis may be drawn that active experience gained by participating in the activities of international projects strengthens leader’s position and creates positive conditions for divided leadership at a pre-school institution as well as predetermines the motivation of working with international projects.
