Analisis pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, inflasi dan suku bunga terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Provinsi Jambi

This study entitled the analysis of economic growth, inflation, and interest rates on the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province. To analyze Indonesia's economic growth, inflation, and interest rates on the number of MSME business units in Jambi Province in 2003 – 2018. The analytical method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Data processing is done by using multiple linear regression. The estimation results using the statistical f test show that all variables, namely economic growth, inflation, and Indonesian interest rates, together affect the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province, with statistical t-tests showing that economic growth variables have a significant effect on MSME growth in Jambi Province, inflation has a significant impact on the growth of MSMEs in Jambi Province, and Indonesian interest rates have a substantial impact on the development of MSMEs in Jambi Province. The purpose of the study was to analyze and study the factors influencing job search in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Data processing is performed using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study using statistics, that is to see the comparison of the silmultan test which are all variables of age, education, and gender together against the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir District, Tebo Regency. If partially tested the variables that have participation and education have a significant effect on the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Village, Tebo Ilir Subdistrict, Tebo Regency, while the income and gender variables are not significant on the duration of unemployment in Betung Bedarah Timur Subdistrict, Tebo Ilir Subdistrict, Tebo Regency.

This study aims at analyzing influences of political perception of organization, affective commitment, work satisfaction and work stress towards employee’s eagerness to drop out with a variable of moderation perception of endorsement of organization. This study was conducted at PT PQRS. Analysis method used in this study was mixed method with the explanatory sequential design.The number of the sample was 157 respondents for closed questionnaire and 3 participants for opened questionnaire. The questionnaire measurement was closed with scale 1-7. In quantitative analysis data analysis used was multipel regression analysis with moderating variable and a help of SPSS 23 program. In qualitative analysis data analysis used was deskiptive analysis.In quantitative analysis of examination findings toward hypothesis, it is indicated that variable of political perception of organization positively affects an eagerness of dropping out, affective commitment affects an eagerness of dropping out negatively, work stress positively affects an eagerness of dropping out and perception of endorsement of organization can moderate correlation between affective commitment and work stress towards an eagerness to drop out yet not between perception of endorsement of organization and work satisfaction towards employee’s eagerness to drop out.In qualitative analysis gives results that support the results of hypothesis testing where employees reveal the existence of political behavior and work stress is high enough accompanied by the level of affective commitment and job satisfaction which is low, so that it gives the impact on the high desire to get out of work. Other results indicate that organizational support can be perceived by employees so that moderation testing that is conducted get support that the desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at low levels of affective commitment and the employees’ desire to get out of work tends to decrease when they perceive organizational support at the high level of work stress.

The purpose of the study is to identify the factors that influence inflation, using secondary data from 1987 to 2017. Methods for analyzing data using multiple linear regression. The result of the study shows that money supply has a positive and significant effect on inflation while economic growth has a negative and significant effect on inflation occurs in Indonesia. While interest rates do not have an influence on inflation occurs in Indonesia.

Bank was one of the important financial institutions in supporting economic growth, the bank was being an alternative source of capital for farmers to meet the needs of agricultural production facilities. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the attitudes of farmers towards Bank Syariah Mandiri products, analyze the attitudes of farmers toward Bank Syariah Mandiri products, analyze the influence of factors that influence the attitudes of farmers including education, age duration of farming, number of family dependents and income towards Bank Syariah Mandiri products in Grobogan Regency Gubug District. The method used in this study is a survey method. The study was conducted on Juny 14-July 30, 2019 in Trisari Village, Gubug District, Grobogan Regency. Research location was chosen intentionally and the method of determining the number of samples used is purposive sampling with non-probability techniques. The number of respondents is 47 people from the Farmer Group Subur Makmur. Data analyzed with descriptive analysis to analyze the attitudes of farmers, and the factors forming farmers 'attitudes towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products while the quantitative analysis was used to determine the effect of attitude forming factors with farmers' attitudes towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products in the Gubug District using multiple linear regression. Farmer's attitude towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products in the category good/like with a score of 77.78%. Based on the F test shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the age of the farmer, the length of farming, the level of education the number of family dependents, and the income of farmers' Attitudes towards Bank Mandiri Syariah Products in Grobogan District. The length of farming, and the number of family dependents partially do not affect the farmers' attitudes towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products. Based on the t test, the results show that the age of the farmer, the level of education, and income partially influences the attitude of the Farmers towards Bank Syariah Mandiri Products. The research location used as the object of this research is the Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and population simultaneously on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of economic growth partially on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of the total population partially on the unemployment rate in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression methods, with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of simultaneous economic growth and population growth has a significant effect on the unemployment rate, economic growth has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, the population has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, and other variables affect the unemployment rate that is not examined in research

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh suku bunga kredit, inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value terhadap permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah, suku bunga kredit, inflasi, pertumbuhan ekonomi, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value. Data dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif. Alat yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suku bunga kredit dan inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan loan to deposit ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah. Loan to value tidak berpengaruh terhadap permintaan kredit pemilikan rumah di Jawa Tengah.. The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of credit interest rates, inflation, economic growth, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value to mortgages demand in Central Java. The sample of this study is mortgages demand, credit interest rates, inflation, economic growth, loan to deposit ratio, loan to value. The collect data was analyzed using quantitative method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the credit interest rates and inflation is negative and significant effect towards mortgages demand in Central Java. Economic growth and loan to deposit ratio of positive and significant effect towards the mortgages in Central Java. Loan to value has no effect towards mortgages demand in Central Java.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether design, quality and service had an effect on consumer decisions in buying Mitsubishi cars at PT. Lautan Berlian Utama Motor. In this study the methods used are quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The technique of sampling this study was used by accidental sampling. To facilitate the measurement of scores from the questionnaire so that the calculation is correct, then each item is given a score based on the Likert scale. From the multiple linear regression equation it was found that design (X1), quality (X2), and service (X3) had a positive influence on consumer decisions so that buying a Mitsubishi car at PT. Ocean of Berlian Utama Motor Bengkulu.

Besides having a high economic value, Pumpkin honey also has good nutritional content, technically honey pumpkin cultivation is no different from other plants, but in pumpkin, honey cultivation requires a higher investment, especially at variable costs, this study was conducted in Pandeglang district, in general, it is suitable for pumpkin honey cultivation. The objectives of this study include to: (1) Financial feasibility of pumpkin honey farming. (2) The rate of sensitivity (sensitivity) to the decline in selling prices, increase in production costs and decrease in the amount of production (3) The feasibility of the aspects of cultivation, social environment, economics and marketing of Pumpkin Honey. tabulation and computational methods to facilitate analysis. Data analysis uses quantitative analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis. Quantitative analysis analyzes financial feasibility (B/C Ratio, NPV, IRR and PBP) and sensitivity analysis using applicable interest rates, qualitative descriptive analysis is used to determine the feasibility of cultivation, social environmental, economic and marketing aspects. The results showed that (1) Honey Pumpkin Cultivation in Cipeucang and Cimanuk Subdistricts of Pandeglang Regency was feasible to be cultivated with Gross B/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, NPV.IRR and Payback Period (PBP) feasible. (2) The possibility of a decrease in production, a decrease in output prices, and an increase in production costs, according to investment criteria and in a proper condition, and have a good level of sensitivity. (3) The technical aspects of cultivation from climate and rainfall following the Pumpkin Honey plant, the social and environmental aspects are feasible, the marketing aspects are feasible and very promising.

Abstract: Speaking ability is one of the aspect in language development, which is vital to be planted since young age. The purpose of this research are (1) to describe the role playing practice in order to elevate the speaking ability of Group A in TK Ananda Kota Batu, (2) to describe the enhancement of speaking ability of Group A through role playing practice in TK Ananda Kota Batu. This research used “Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research). This research utilize 2 cycle of data processing which allows each data is processed using qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The result of this research shows that there is an increase of speaking ability for child from cycle I to cycle II.Abstrak: Kemampuan berbicara merupakan salah satu aspek perkembangan bahasa yang perlu ditanamkan sejak anak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan penerapan role playing dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara pada anak kelompok A TK Ananda Kota Batu (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan berbicara anak kelompok A melalui penerapan role playing di TK Ananda Kota Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Peneilitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua siklus dimana setiap siklus analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berbicara anak dari siklus I sampai II terjadi peningkatan.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis of social insurance in Ukraine, the analysis of the current state and prospects of its development and the directions of improvement of modern social insurance in the conditions of development of Ukraine. The content and features of social insurance are considered in the work, the description of methods of the quantitative analysis of its modern activity is given, the methods of the qualitative analysis of prospects of its development are investigated. Purpose. Research of theoretical and methodological aspects of the analysis of social insurance in Ukraine, analysis of the environment and results of social insurance and development of directions of improvement of analytical maintenance of social insurance in Ukraine in modern conditions. Method (methodology). The solution of the set tasks is carried out by means of methods of an estimation and the analysis of risks and efficiency of financing, an estimation of financial and economic indicators of activity, statistical methods. Results. The project of use of tools of improvement of modern activity of pension fund as directions of studying of analytical maintenance of social insurance in Ukraine is offered. The directions of use of software means of data processing on research of social insurance in Ukraine are developed. The effectiveness of the proposed measures is substantiated.
