Abstract We extend the Lebesgue decomposition of positive measures with respect to Lebesgue measure on the complex unit circle to the non-commutative (NC) multi-variable setting of (positive) NC measures. These are positive linear functionals on a certain self-adjoint subspace of the Cuntz–Toeplitz $C^{\ast }-$algebra, the $C^{\ast }-$algebra of the left creation operators on the full Fock space. This theory is fundamentally connected to the representation theory of the Cuntz and Cuntz–Toeplitz $C^{\ast }-$algebras; any *−representation of the Cuntz–Toeplitz $C^{\ast }-$algebra is obtained (up to unitary equivalence), by applying a Gelfand–Naimark–Segal construction to a positive NC measure. Our approach combines the theory of Lebesgue decomposition of sesquilinear forms in Hilbert space, Lebesgue decomposition of row isometries, free semigroup algebra theory, NC reproducing kernel Hilbert space theory, and NC Hardy space theory.

AbstractWe construct bases of standard (i.e. integrable highest weight) modules L(Λ) for affine Lie algebra of type B 2(1) consisting of semi-infinite monomials. The main technical ingredient is a construction of monomial bases for Feigin-Stoyanovsky type subspaces W(Λ) of L(Λ) by using simple currents and intertwining operators in vertex operator algebra theory. By coincidence W(kΛ0) for B 2(1) and the integrable highest weight module L(kΛ0) for A 1(1) have the same parametrization of combinatorial bases and the same presentation P/I.

The Lie algebraic scheme for constructing Hamiltonian operators is differential-algebraically recast and an effective approach is devised for classifying the underlying algebraic structures of integrable Hamiltonian systems. Lie–Poisson analysis on the adjoint space to toroidal loop Lie algebras is employed to construct new reduced pre-Lie algebraic structures in which the corresponding Hamiltonian operators exist and generate integrable dynamical systems. It is also shown that the Balinsky–Novikov type algebraic structures, obtained as a Hamiltonicity condition, are derivations on the Lie algebras naturally associated with differential toroidal loop algebras. We study nonassociative and noncommutive algebras and the related Lie-algebraic symmetry structures on the multidimensional torus, generating via the Adler–Kostant–Symes scheme multi-component and multi-dimensional Hamiltonian operators. In the case of multidimensional torus, we have constructed a new weak Balinsky–Novikov type algebra, which is instrumental for describing integrable multidimensional and multicomponent heavenly type equations. We have also studied the current algebra symmetry structures, related with a new weakly deformed Balinsky–Novikov type algebra on the axis, which is instrumental for describing integrable multicomponent dynamical systems on functional manifolds. Moreover, using the non-associative and associative left-symmetric pre-Lie algebra theory of Zelmanov, we also explicate Balinsky–Novikov algebras, including their fermionic version and related multiplicative and Lie structures.

In The Beginning

In this paper a new error function designed on 3-dimensional special Euclidean group SE(3) is proposed for the guidance of a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). In the beginning, a detailed 6-DOF (Degree of Freedom) aircraft model is formulated including 12 nonlinear differential equations. Secondly the definitions of the adjoint representations are presented to establish the relationships of the Lie groups SO(3) and SE(3) and their Lie algebras so(3) and se(3). After that the general situation of the differential equations with matrices belonging to SO(3) and SE(3) is presented. According to these equations the features of the error function on SO(3) are discussed. Then an error function on SE(3) is devised which creates a new way of error functions constructing. In the simulation a trajectory tracking example is given with a target trajectory being a curve of elliptic cylinder helix. The result shows that a better tracking performance is obtained with the new devised error function.

Let [Formula: see text] be an untwisted affine Kac–Moody Lie algebra. The top of every irreducible highest weight integrable [Formula: see text]-module is the finite-dimensional irreducible [Formula: see text]-module, where the action of the simple Lie algebra [Formula: see text] is given by zeroth products arising from the underlying vertex operator algebra theory. Motivated by this fact, we consider zeroth products of level [Formula: see text] Frenkel–Jing operators corresponding to Drinfeld realization of the quantum affine algebra [Formula: see text]. By applying these products, which originate from the quantum vertex algebra theory developed by Li, on the extension of Koyama vertex operator [Formula: see text], we obtain an infinite-dimensional vector space [Formula: see text]. Next, we introduce an associative algebra [Formula: see text], a certain quantum analogue of the universal enveloping algebra [Formula: see text], and construct some infinite-dimensional [Formula: see text]-modules [Formula: see text] corresponding to the finite-dimensional irreducible [Formula: see text]-modules [Formula: see text]. We show that the space [Formula: see text] carries a structure of an [Formula: see text]-module and, furthermore, we prove that the [Formula: see text]-module [Formula: see text] is isomorphic to the [Formula: see text]-module [Formula: see text].
