The article discusses the possibility of using mathematical modeling to assess the state of the main technological equipment of the chamber for receiving and launching cleaning and diagnostic tools (PPC) to predict possible changes in the position of equipment elements from the corresponding design values. Based on the completed planned cycles of geodetic observations, based on the measurement results, calculations were made to build predictive mathematical models for the subsequent study of the deformation processes of the main technological equipment of the chamber for receiving and launching cleaning and diagnostic tools. The mechanisms of sequential processing of the measurement results for the sample belonging to the law of normal distribution by an approximate method and fur-ther data preparation by forming statistically homogeneous groups of process implementations in order to build predictive mathematical models are shown. According to the prediction results, deformation marks were identified, for which the process of deformation proceeds with a higher rate of upsetting in comparison with other marks. Recommendations for further geodetic observations are proposed.

Study of the deformation of the foundation and elements of the underground part of the skip shaft during the manufacture of forward concrete lining has been carried out. As part of the study, a thermomechanical model of the «rock mass — shaft support» system was de-veloped. Further, on the basis of the obtained results of mathematical modeling, the main fac-tors determining the deformation processes in the lining of the skip shaft are established. The results of the study were further used to develop an automated system of deformation monitor-ing of construction elements of mine surface building.

The efficiency of applying electrophysical impacts in technological methods of machine part cutting to a great extent depends on the understanding of the processes forming the basis of these impacts. As a rule a specific nature of these processes is characterized by their high intensity, locality of the impact and an impulse mode. The understanding of a certain process is necessary both for its efficient use in technological processes and for the development of new technologies based on the combination with other electrophysical impacts. The paper presents the results of mathematical modeling of deformation processes under ultrasonic frequency impulse plastic impact of a deformer on the surface layer of metals and alloys. Based on the mathematical modeling of the process of ultrasonic deformation of materials, operating parameters of the impact defining the field of application of this method are found. Quantitative relationships between basic characteristics of the deformation process and operating parameters of an ultrasonic impact are established.
