The visual and instrumental research of the technical condition of historical cultural constructions and their stone additions, documentation of their existing damages, as well as complex development and implementation of further collapse preventing measures and construction durability ensuring measures are presented. Application of processed sand-lime complex mortars based on local raw is offered for blockage of composition cracks during the rehabilitation work taking into consideration some averaged indices of Mape Antique I, Italian “Mapey” firm, similar injection mortar orientation basic characteristics (physical and mechanical characteristics, leakage, viability) and complete laboratory detailed examination results of the component mineralogical and physical and mechanical characteristics of the substances originally used in the construction. The data on local based raw processed sand-lime construction complex mortars (blockage mortar, injection mortar) physical and mechanical characteristics, thermographic dilatometric properties dependence on composition and fastening conditions of mortars are presented

Abstract Decreasing waste materials through recycle has in the recent contributed to sustainable manufacturing in many textile industries for better resource utilization in textile mills. This has been given first priority in manufacturing, processing and finishing operations. Most of the time the yarn manufacturing and proper utilization of this material didn’t give attention in most companies. Especially yarn length variation of packages, weaving beams and copes have very critical impact on those companies which manufacture and utilize yarn products. This variation problem has great impact on their productivity and profitability. This paper describes the application of a new formula in the yarn packaging process and it is accomplished by derivation a new formula that can determine the radius of any package. The formula has integrated the basic characteristics of yarn and fiber including yarn diameter, yarn/ fiber density and mass of the yarn coiled on the cop. Finally we have concluded that package radius is the quadratic function of yarn density and package mass on the cope.

Responsive space launch is currently developing rapidly and has application cases in many fields, with advantages such as fast response speed and flexible networking. Aiming at the efficiency evaluation of responsive space launch system, this article first summarizes the typical process of fast space launch, and then gives a hierarchical model of a space fast launch system based on timed colored Petri nets, including top-level model, demand model, command decision model, launch Model, measurement and control model, and finally use CPN Tools to simulate and verify the model, analyze the basic characteristics of the model and the performance of the system, and provide data support and theoretical basis for the optimization of the fast space launch system.

This chapter presents the development of the Energy Internet throughout the history as an evolutionary solution based on modern technological development and needs, with the respect of its architecture, key features, and key concepts, such as energy router, prosumer, and virtual power plant. The architecture of modern IT support for the electric power sector is considered, including its basic characteristics, the integration of contemporary information and communication technologies, such as cloud and fog computing, as well as the security and quality of service issues that arise with the application of these technologies. This chapter provides an overview of recent research related to the concept of Energy Internet and identifies gaps and directions for further research.

Abstract Objectives Endometriosis is a chronic disease which is diagnosed by surgical intervention combined with a histological work-up. Current international and national recommendations do not require the histological determination of the proliferation rate. The diagnostic and clinical importance of the mitotic rate in endometriotic lesions still remains to be elucidated. Methods In this retrospective study, the mitotic rates and clinical data of 542 patients with histologically diagnosed endometriosis were analyzed. The mean patient age was 33.5 ± 8.0 (17 – 72) years, and the mean reproductive lifespan was 21.2 ± 7.8 (4 – 41) years. Patients were divided into two groups and patientsʼ reproductive history and clinical endometriosis characteristics were compared between groups. The study group consisted of women with confirmed mitotic figures (n = 140, 25.83%) and the control group comprised women without proliferative activity according to their mitotic rates (n = 402, 74.27%). Results Women with endometriotic lesions and histologically confirmed mitotic figures were significantly more likely to have a higher endometriosis stage (p = 0.001), deep infiltrating endometriosis (p < 0.001), ovarian endometrioma (p = 0.012), and infertility (p = 0.049). A mitotic rate > 0 was seen significantly less often in cases with incidental findings of endometriosis (p = 0.031). The presence of symptoms and basic characteristics such as age, age at onset of menarche, reproductive lifespan and parity did not differ between the group with and the group without mitotic figures. Conclusion This study shows that a simple histological assessment of the mitotic rate offers additional diagnostic value for the detection of advanced stages of endometriosis. The possible role as a predictive marker for the recurrence of endometriosis or the development of endometriosis-associated cancer will require future study.

The paper is focused on fuels, their users - engines and the end-user, the vehicles, from an environmental and economic point of view. The basic characteristics of potential fuels for internal combustion engines, as well as possible sources of electricity, are analysed. A comparative analysis of characteristics of vehicle propulsion with gasoline, diesel fuel, compressed natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and electricity was performed. The research has shown that the application of vehicles with an electric motor is ecologically justified only in cases of obtaining electricity in an environmentally friendly way and that in other cases there is no profit in an ecological sense. From an economic point of view, if there were no subsidies to manufacturers and buyers of electric cars, they would not be competitive with internal combustion engines now. Within the research, potential solutions for reducing air pollution and improving the quality of life in cities have been proposed.

This study aims to measure the effect of the preventive policies on public during the COVID-19 pandemic as well as measuring the public's trust in the government. The study examines the determinants of public trust in governments and the associations between the preventive measures. It is also aimed to determine the protective measures that governments prefer to implement together by using association rules of data mining algorithms. By this means, double and triple action packages are presented. This study finds that basic characteristics such as education, health, and age are among the most basic determinants of trust in governments during the pandemic. The trust in government and opinions that measures taken are sufficient decreased as the education level increased. Considering the age criteria, this situation is the opposite. It is observed that women followed the preventative policies more strictly than men. It is also observed that public trust in governments is directly proportional to the development levels of countries.

Civilization may be defined as set of features including Cultural, Literary and Social Advancement in a society or in similar communities. So it is regarded as sublime stage of human evolution. As Islam is a complete religion which gives directions to human being in all aspects of the life, so it claims to be the founder of civilization. The period of the advent of Islam was the period which formulated man inside the Arabian Peninsula, established the blocks of a new civilization that brought people out of the darkness to light, and placed the bases for enter man in Islamic society. However, Islam claims that lay out of Civilization was already established before the birth of Holy Prophet (S.A) and all the prophets after Hazrat Adam (A.S) were continuously preaching the salient factors of this civilization, however it was completed and declared in written form (Al-Quran) during the period of Holy Prophet Mohammed (S.A.W).  Reveletion was the core of formulating the creeds and Ideas of an individual, purifying him, creating Links and establishing the building upon which the entire nation is based. Allah said the truth when He said: "Indeed, there has come to you from Allah a light (Prophet Mohammed peace be upon him) and a plain book (Sora Al-Maida: 15:1) This Qur'an. Wherewith Allah guides all those who seek His good pleasure to ways of peace, and He brings them out of darkness by His will unto light and guides them to to a straight way (Islamic Monothesim). Monothesim (Tawheed), Self, Purification, Dignity of Human being, Equality, Social Justice, Moral Values, Tolerance, Rule of Law and Freedom of Expression are some basic characteristics of Islamic Civilization.

Abstract In this study, it is aimed to demonstrate the effects of the feed line position on the operating frequency, return loss and bandwidth of the rectangular patch microstrip antenna. For this purpose, a compact-sized antenna that can operate at 2.4-2.45 GHz frequencies is designed in High Frequency Structure Simulator (HFSS) program. Then, the position of the feedline is changed horizontally and vertically, and its effects are observed. The results obtained after the modificaions are given and discussed. It is stated that the feed line position is a very important parameter that affects the basic characteristics of the antenna.
