The current determination of stagnant rate cannot eliminate the dynamic effects, especially the change rate of speed. Consider the problem of the current determination of stagnant rate, this work presents one determination method based on adaptive chatter algorithm .Simulation shows it can eliminate the impact of dynamics effectively. The method achieves the measurement online due to the signal of chatter can adapt to the dead zone of servo system. At last, the selection of the signal frequency is discussed.

The paper studies a plane four-bar mechanism in a dead, kinematically indeterminate position. From that position, the mechanism could continue to move, continuously, or the driven lever would stop and move backwards. But, if we eliminate this second possibility, the position of the mechanism is no longer indeterminate and it would be logical that we can determine unknown speeds and accelerations by some kinematic method. The authors of this paper, applying the stopping method, came up with analytical expressions for determining unknown velocities and accelerations in the dead position of an four-bar mechanism.

The article discusses issues related to the determination of acute and chronic toxicity of succinic acid and probioic KPM-2 when used together in an experiment on white mice. A study of the indicators of acute toxicity showed that the experimental mice were marked by strong excitement, convulsions, death occurred from respiratory arrest during the period of convulsions. Autopsy of the dead mice observed hyperemia of the lungs, plethora of the liver, spleen, kidneys, and asphyxiation of the heart. Yak and probiotic KPM-2, when used together, do not possess cumulative properties according to the classification of Hodge and Sterner and belong to the 4th hazard class.
