In view of the shortages time lag existing in traditional digital low-pass filter in Active Power Filter (Active Power Filter, APF), this paper proposes to adopt slipped-window integrator to realize low-pass filter in harmonic current detection.The current tracking control uses Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation method. Meanwhile, the repetitive predictor is applied so as to improve the real-time performance of the compensation current tracking control. Built a three-phase shunt active power filter simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment and take experiment under the low pressure condition. The results show that slipped-window integrator and deadbeat current mothod can acquire good dynamic response performance as well as high precision.

The paper introduces several methods about controlling strategies of DFIG to the gird turbulence. They could reduce the torque pulsation. They have better dynamic adjustment performance than the positive, negative sequence dual current control strategy. Stator current THD is well controlled. The experimental results show that it can smooth the DFIG active power output comparing with the traditional maximum wind energy tracking control strategy, significantly reduces the speed fluctuation of synchronous generator. The dynamic performance is improved.

Because of the complex structure and the changeable parameters of the DFIG and the shortcomings of the traditional PI controller, a new nonlinear P+C (C for constant) controller is raised to achieve the active power and reactive power decoupling control. The simulation results show the validity, effectiveness and robustness of the method in this paper.
