In this paper, we investigate existence and uniqueness of positive solutions of a model of infectious disease dynamics with a strategy for control of epidemics given in [1]. The model presents nonlinear and coupled equations which are transformed to integral functional equations with state dependent delay and solved using a fixed point theorem.

This paper addresses the issue of the existence and uniqueness of intuitionistic fuzzy solutions for some classes of partial functional differential equations with state-dependent delay in a new weighted complete metric space. Theorems on the existence and uniqueness of intuitionistic fuzzy solutions for these problems with integral boundary conditions are established under some sufficient assumptions. Some numerical examples of applications of the main result of this work are presented.

AbstractIn this paper, we present an analysis for the stability of a differential equation with state-dependent delay. We establish existence and uniqueness of solutions of differential equation with delay term $\tau (u(t)) = \frac{{a + bu(t)}}{{c + bu(t)}}.$ Moreover, we put the some restrictions for the positivity of delay term τ(u(t)) Based on the boundedness of delay term, we obtain stability criterion in terms of the parameters of the equation.
