Because of the flaw and broken of the engine connecting rod, which have a negative influence on safety of motorcycle using. Through the checking and material analyzing of breaking engine connecting rod, material performance test, macroscopic fracture analysis as well as analyzing metallographic structure is because during the manufacture process of the engine connecting rod, it is unreasonable for grinding process, adopting modified technology to improve the quality of production, keeping the safety of motorcycle using as well as boosting the profits of Lieferant, wining the praise of customers.

Crank-slider type cluster wells pumping unit is a new generation of energy efficient pumping unit whose structure is simple and it is safe to use. Crank torque is one of the key factors affecting the efficiency and efficiency of the pumping unit, which is closely related to its structural parameters. Using ADAMS mechanical system dynamics simulation software to build a virtual prototype of the slider-crank cluster wells pumping unit, taking which as a basis, carried out virtual test aiming to the length of the crank and connecting rod, which was two factors affecting the crank torque. The result of the study has a guiding significance to the structural design and optimization of slider-crank cluster wells pumping unit.

Aiming at the shortages of large reversing impact, high energy consumption and poor balance effect of conventional beam-type pumping unit, the design scheme of beam-type pumping unit with dynamic tracking balance is proposed. The load-displacement curves from on-site trial shows that pumping with dynamic tracking balance has a better balance effect, and a production and power efficiency. According to the designed structure, the dynamic responses of the beam and connecting rods are analyzed. The results show that the maximum Mises stresses in the beam and connecting rod are 36.96 MPa and 27.83 MPa, respectively. The key components of designed beam-type pumping unit with dynamic tracking balance meet the requirement of strength.
