In modern electrical power distribution systems, the effective operation of inverter-based arc suppression devices relies on the accuracy of faulty phase selection. In the traditional methods of faulty phase selection for single-phase-to-ground faults (SPGs), power frequency-based amplitude and phase characteristics are used to identify the faulty phase. In the field, when a high-resistance SPG occurs in the system, traditional methods are difficult for accurately identifying the faulty phase because of the weak fault components and complicated process. A novel realizable and effective method of faulty phase selection based on transient current similarity measurements is presented when SPGs occur in resonantly grounded distribution systems in this paper. An optimized Hausdorff distance matrix (MOHD) is proposed and constructed by the transient currents of three phases’ similarity measurements within a certain time window of our method. This MOHD is used to select the sampling time window adaptively, which allows the proposed method to be applied to any scale of distribution systems. Firstly, when a SPG occurs, the expressions for the transient phase current mutation in the faulty and sound phases are analyzed. Then, the sampling process is segmented into several selection units (SUs) to form the MOHD-based faulty phase selection method. Additionally, the Hausdorff distance algorithm (HD) is used to calculate the waveform similarities of the transient phase current mutation among the three phases to form the HD-based faulty phase selection method. Finally, a practical resonant grounded distribution system is modeled in PSCAD/EMTDC, and the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method is compared and verified under different fault resistances, fault inception angles, system topologies, sampling time windows and rates of data missing.

<p><em>The article, basing on the analysis of selected media texts with reference to narrative from the leading Ukrainian newspapers «Dzerkalo Tyzhnia» (Weekly Mirror), «Den» (Day), «Ukraina Moloda» (Young Ukraine) for 2016–2020, the semantic and content characteristics of the «narrative», «strategic narrative», «small narratives» nominations has established; the directions of the semantic realization of the meaning of the narrative and its possibilities in the process of international strategic communications aimed at both external and internal audience, are outlined. It is proved that the main task of a strategic, or national, narrative is a reasoned explanation to the state population and interested audiences of specific realities, intentions, plans; justification of certain directions of state activity aimed at partners, at opponents and those occupying a neutral position.</em></p><p><em>There are divided the spheres of use of different narratological nominations: in international communications and in scientific discourse, the conceptual foundations of state identity and international interaction are referred to as strategic narrative or grand narrative, in publicistic discourse the narrative nomination is used, more rarely – historical narrative, national narrative.</em></p><p><em>The scientific novelty of the research is that the focus is on the media aspect of the use of one of the key concepts of strategic communications and the role of the media in its implementation.</em></p><p><em>The main general scientific methods used in this article are descriptive and comparative ones, as well as analysis and synthesis. The following empirical methods were also used: solid selection method (solid selection method for allocation texts with the «narrative» lexeme; quantitative method of content analysis with elements of qualitative one – for characterizing the semantic of the «narrative» term).</em></p><p><em>The results of the study can be used in the complex research of the technology of international strategic communications and in the practical activity of specialists in international strategic communications, a new trend in Ukraine, which is currently under active institutionalization.</em></p><strong><em>Key words:</em></strong><em> international strategic communications, propaganda, narrative, strategic narrative, grand narrative, «small narratives».</em>

The ability to interact in the virtual world, the network is the ability to choose. The priority direction in the work of the teacher is the search for tools that can provide real assistance to the student in providing comfort at a distance, increasing the motivation of students to choose such tools. The article reveals the features of the virtual selection method, which is a technology for selecting and modifying source tasks to improve their ergonomics. The optimal configuration of a set of manuals for distance education is determined by questioning and calculating the parameters of the standard (ideal).

The role of internal auditors is needed to encourage the realization of good and clean governance. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, independence and accountability on inspectorate audit quality in regional financial supervision. Population in this study are all civil servants Inspectorate of Pohuwat Regency. The sample selection method in this study is the saturated or census sampling method. The results of this study indicate that independence and accountability have an influence on audit quality both partially and simultaneously.   Peranan auditor internal sangat diperlukan untuk mendorong terwujudnya tata pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh kompetensi, independensi dan akuntabilitas terhadap kualitas audit inspektorat dalam pengawasan keuangan daerah.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh PNS Inspektorat Kabupaten Pohuwato.Metode pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh atau sensus.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, independensi dan akuntabilitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap kualitas audit baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.
