Abstract The article considers the current state of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas of the Trans-Baikal Territory. In the region, the largest share of agricultural products produced falls on the personal subsidiary farms, while there is a destruction of large-scale commodity production, evidenced by a decrease in the number of agricultural enterprises and organizations. Presently, the Government of the Trans-Baikal Territory is interested in transforming personal subsidiary farms into the status of peasant farms, since they are able to ensure more efficient functioning of small forms of farms. Special attention is paid to the state support of small farms in the region. In the course of the study, the problems of the effectiveness of the use of state support for small forms of management were identified. The priority direction of state support is grant subsidization of peasant farms, while the distribution of grants in the context of municipal districts of the region is uneven. In general, the mechanism of grant support for peasant farms is effective only for areas of the region where animal husbandry traditionally constitutes the basis of agriculture. There are also problems associated with excessive requirements for obtaining grants and insufficient consulting assistance from potential grantees.

This article proceeds from the fact that the problem of interaction and mutual influence is quite acute in literary studies. In this regard, the relevance of the research is due, firstly, to the correspondence to the priority direction of modern literary studies associated with the comparative analysis of the text, and secondly, to the need to disclose the deep theoretical and artistic content of creative communication of such artistic personalities of the XX century as M. Tsvetaeva and B. Pasternak, whose legacy still contains many lacunae. The methodological basis of the research is an integrated approach, including comparative-historical, historical-literary, comparative-typological, system-analytical and biographical methods, as well as the method of comparative studies, which allows to study literary analogies and connections of different national literatures, their refraction in the texts of the authors studied. Hermeneutics contributed to the mental comprehension of the analyzed texts, the mental processing of textual information. An important episode in the history of world poetry was the correspondence-dialogue of iconic poets for their time: M. Tsvetaeva and B. Pasternak. Correspondence is valuable not only because it shows us the life of poets in relation to time. The creative aspect of correspondence is very important. The rapprochement manifested in it and at the same time the repulsion was deeply creative and left deep traces in the legacy of all its participants. Poets, albeit to varying degrees, concentrated and passionately, sought to define for themselves the essence of life and poetry. In the course of the research, the author of the article comes to the conclusion that, firstly, the literary process is characterized by a systematic nature in which authors and their works are in certain relationships to each other. Secondly, the thirteen-year correspondence of M. Tsvetaeva with B. Pasternak was very significant for literature. Thanks to mutual communication, creative interaction, the poets created unique, emotionally deep works.

The Higher medical school of Russia is implementing a program for training medical workers in accordance with international standards, the purpose of which is to enter the European educational and scientific space with dignity. Considerable attention is paid to the reform of nursing education. Step-by-step training of nurses is being introduced, the training of nurses with higher education has begun, which will improve the training of licensed nurses and improve the quality of nursing services. In search of ways to improve the training of nurses in the city, the training of medical personnel for the care of patients with higher education – doctors of sciences in Austria is of considerable scientific interest. Despite this, the purpose of the article is to study the experience of organizing the educational process during the preparation of doctors of sciences in nursing in Austria. The introduction of higher nursing education and the further development of nursing as a science is considered by Austrian scientists as a priority direction for reforming the system of training of nursing personnel in Austria. It is worth noting here that the reform of higher education, including medical education, began in Austria in 2002 with the adoption by the Federal Parliament of the country of the Law on Universities (Universitatsgesetz 2002). This process was sharply intensified with the change in the organizational structure of universities: in 2004, the medical faculties were separated from the three classical universities – Vienna, Graz and Innsbruck, which formed three independent medical universities with the status of full autonomy.

Creativity is a priority direction of education systems and public policies, especially those of scientific research. In a modern, dynamic society, characterized by economic, political and cultural mobility, a flexible education is needed, oriented towards the formation and development of a creative personality in cultural-professional-ethical plan. In these conditions, it is necessary to correlate the concept of didactic creativity with that of creative learning. This context generates the need for a theoretical and praxiological educational pedagogical reform, oriented with priority towards the area of didactic creativity, especially in the methodological plan which is currently characterized by traditional methods. Synectics, as a method of stimulating and developing creativity, proposed by us in research, creates this climate of creative learning of children in sports schools, facilitating the exploration of its methodological value (especially in team sports events, especially rugby).

The purpose of the article is to study the features of the development of the regions of Ukraine, the formation of a model of sustainable development of ecotourism. The bibliographic method made it possible to study the basic concepts, controversial and problematic issues, as well as the experience of solving them, proposed by scientists from different countries in this area of research. The analysis of efficiency has revealed the most competitive regions of Ukraine for conducting an environmentally oriented tourism business. The correlation and regression analysis results showed that the coefficient of determination R-square indicates a 94% correlation between the studied indicators. The growing dynamics of the number of subjects of tourist activity in Ukraine is noted. The primary data for cluster analysis were preliminarily formed, the presence of advantages and risks (anthropogenic effects) in 24 regions was determined, and promising directions for the development of ecotourism were identified. Cluster analysis, carried out using IBM SPSS software, determined the Euclidean distance and grouped the analyzed regions of Ukraine into clusters with the most similar characteristics. As a result of the study, the author’s vision of the essence of ecotourism, the logic of applying the methodology of cluster analysis was substantiated. The hypothesis about the influence of cultural heritage sites on the number of tourists was refuted. Some recommendations are given for further improvement of the quality of ecotourism development as a priority direction in the formation of sustainable development. The study’s practical significance lies in the fact that the results of the work carried out can be used as reference material for those studying the topic.
