This is a retrospective study which was conducted from January 2016 to January 2018. The aim of this study is to evaluate the Retained products of conception findings by Ultrasonography in early pregnancy ( 5 weeks to 10 weeks) abortion. Different Biomarkers of many authors & research papers were taken in guidance of our study. Out of total 120 cases 55 % was utero-vaginal bleeding with pain who presented clinically at our centre. After USG evaluation it was found that 48.3% was having intracavitary mass with vascularity and 30 % was having only intracavitary mass. 53.3 % was in the gestational age of 9 weeks to 10 weeks of duration of pregnancy. So it is concluded that after evaluation by USG if there is both intracavitary mass & vascularity within the endometrium, then the possibility of RPOC detection accuracy is more

Early pregnancy loss is a common clinical scenario for women of reproductive age. Confirmation of pregnancy loss by pelvic ultrasonography using established criteria is crucial to ensure that potentially viable pregnancies are not interrupted. Both medical and surgical management options are effective and safe methods for the management of early pregnancy loss. Management should largely be influenced by patient preference in the hemodynamically stable patient. The purpose of this section is to describe the criteria for the diagnosis of early pregnancy loss, discuss various evidence-based treatment options for early pregnancy loss, and review current recommendations for attempts at future conception. This review contains 4 figures, 5 tables and 41 references Key Words: dilation and curettage, inevitable abortion, miscarriage, missed abortion, misoprostol, nonviable pregnancy, retained products of conception, threatened abortion, ultrasonography criteria

Subinvolution of placental sites (SPSs) is a rare but severe cause of secondary postpartum haemorrhage (PPH). SPS is characterised by the abnormal persistence of large, dilated, superficially modified spiral arteries in the absence of retained products of conception. It is an important cause of morbidity and mortality of young women. In this study, we present a case of secondary PPH in a young woman after uncomplicated caesarean delivery who was deemed clinically unstable, and finally, underwent emergent total abdominal hysterectomy. We reviewed the literature with an emphasis on the pathophysiology of this situation. Treatment of patients with SPS includes conservative medical therapy, hysterectomy and fertility-sparing percutaneous embolotherapy.
