Currently Mergan 4-way intersection is one of intersection that have most traffic dense in Malang City, East Java - Indonesia. This research implement simulation method in order to give several solution option to manage the traffic queue in Mergan 4-way intersection. Simulation method is conducted with several phase, from problem identification up to verification and validation also scenario simulation. Arena Simulation software v.14 is chosen as the tool to modeling the traffic queue line. The research outcome give several solution through Traffic Light 2 simulation scenario. With this simulation scenario, the traffic flow system simulation can be run with fewer queues of vehicles.

In the view of Chinese traditional twenty-four solar terms, the circulation of various substances in the material flow system of base production and life is systematically analyzed, and on the basis of the existing system problem point, as well as by combining with the concept of the twenty-four solar terms and the system design method, the author reconstructs each subsystem of the base material flow system, moreover, the author eventually connects the subsystems and reconstructs a material flow system conforming to the traditional Chinese solar terms and conforming to the requirements of ecological sustainability.

A new mathematical method and an optimization model are proposed in this study to solve the tool requirement and pre-scheduling optimization problems involved in the tool flow system of digital workshops. This model aims to minimize the system makespan under the constraint of the tool purchase cost. A double-layer genetic algorithm based on the heuristic algorithm is then developed. This algorithm not only combines the advantages but also avoids the weaknesses of the two algorithms. Finally, a case study is conducted to validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed algorithm and the tool-machine dual-resource pre-scheduling optimization model.
