Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is an extremely rare histiocytic disorder characterized by cervical lymphadenopathy, while the involvement of sellar region is less observed. Here we report a pediatric patient who was initially suspected as sellar germinoma but later identified as RDD. We also conducted a systematic review about RDD involving sellar region. A total of only 14 cases were included and analyzed in our study in terms of clinical presentation, endocrine abnormality, radiological features, pathology, treatment, and follow up. The most common neurological manifestations of sellar RDD is diabetes insipidus and visual changes. Two typical kinds of MRI manifestations were presented in sellar RDD; one is like meningioma-like mass lesions, another showing infiltrative pattern that demonstrates hyperintense areas on T2WI. Currently, the treatment of RDD is tailored to the individual clinical circumstances. For sellar RDD, surgical treatment can be considered to completely remove or debulk the tumor.

Purpose: To report and describe the clinical course of a pediatric traumatic macular hole (TMH) case and its management. Case Report: A pediatric patient presented a macular hole following blunt ocular trauma. The patient was followed every 2 weeks for 4 months. After the worsening of the macular hole reported by optical coherence tomography (OCT), pars plana vitrectomy with inverted flap technique plus SF6 gas tamponade was performed. Traumatic macular hole appeared closed at the OCT during follow-up. Initial visual acuity was counting finger at 30 cm. After surgery, the patient achieved a visual acuity of 20/100 at 3-month follow-up. Conclusion: This case shows a good anatomic and functional success performing a pars plana vitrectomy with inverted flap technique in a large TMH in a pediatric patient. We underline the importance of the surgical timing in the management of similar cases.

Neuroblastoma (NBL) of the urinary bladder is an extremely rare diagnosis, with only 6 cases reported in the literature to date. We report the case of a 3-year-old boy who presented with gross hematuria, and was diagnosed with bladder NBL after partial cystectomy. Two-year follow-up has been unremarkable. This case highlights a rare neoplasm of the urinary bladder in a pediatric patient.

Desmoplastic fibroma is a rare benign tumour of bone. Diagnosis is not easy and is often made by excluding other tumours. Histopathological diagnosis of this tumour is also sometimes not easy. The treatment modalities for this tumour are non-uniform and often controversial. In the present case surgical options were left aside because the patient did not consent to surgery, so radiotherapy was used, with success at 3-year follow-up. This case is presented here along with a review of relevant literature.

This case report describes the positive outcome of a therapeutic intervention that integrated an intensive, residential component with follow-up telepractice for a 21 year old male who stutters. This therapy utilized an eclectic approach to intensive therapy in conjunction with a 12-month follow-up via video telepractice. The results indicated that the client benefited from the program as demonstrated by a reduction in percent stuttered syllables, a reduction in stuttering severity, and a change in attitudes and feelings related to stuttering and speaking.
