An efficient and novel method was developed for the synthesis of 4-substituted-1,5-benzodiazepine derivatives via a one-pot three-component catalytic reaction.
The catalytic reaction of ketoximes with aryl iodides via a Beckmann rearrangement in the presence of a catalytic amount of Pd(OAc)2, Ag2O and ZnBr2 gave substituted phenanthridines in good to excellent yield.
A proline based metal free organocatalysts developed by new approach for the synthesis of epoxide derivatives through domino reaction. This domino reaction allows the direct access to epoxide from various alkene and aldehyde through C–H functionalization and C–C/C–O bond formation. The catalytic efficiencies of organocatalysts were also determined by domino reaction with very good yield (up to 95 %) and ee's (up to 99 %).
A new approach for the sustainable fabrication of a CuO/ZnO@N-GQDs nanocomposite as a powerful nanocatalyst for multicomponent reactions is demonstrated.
