ABSTRACTAnti-CRISPR proteins (Acrs) can suppress the activity of CRISPR-Cas systems. Some viruses depend on Acrs to expand their genetic materials into the host genome which can promote species diversity. Therefore, the identification and determination of Acrs are of vital importance. In this work we developed a random forest tree-based tool, AcrDetector, to identify Acrs in the whole genomescale using merely six features. AcrDetector can achieve a mean accuracy of 99.65%, a mean recall of 75.84%, a mean precision of 99.24% and a mean F1 score of 85.97%; in multi-round, 5-fold cross-validation (30 different random states). To demonstrate that AcrDetector can identify real Acrs precisely at the whole genome-scale we performed a cross-species validation which resulted in 71.43% of real Acrs being ranked in the top 10. We applied AcrDetector to detect Acrs in the latest data. It can accurately identify 3 Acrs, which have previously been verified experimentally. Additionally, our result showed that most of the Acrs are transferred into their host genomes in a recent stage rather than early.

The work proposal addresses to introduce a methodology for Indian unconstrained handwritten script identification by practicing distinct features and classifiers. By utilizing classifiers like RF, SVM, k-NN, and LDA for Indian script identification using statistical, geometric, and structural features. To preserve all the information present on handwritten documents such as historical, medieval, inscription, financial administration, public records, government archives, letters, land councils, various agreements, etc. in digitalize form needs textual document processing system (e.g. OCR). To build a precise and productive multi-script/language textual document processing system must have script identification. For this study use, total 1288 (line wise) samples of ten scripts use in India are collected from different persons of different gender, age, education and region (rural or urban). After successful training and testing, 81.8% and 0.252 accuracies and the OOB error rate are achieved by Random Forest respectively. And 77.8%, 73.5%, and 65.5% accuracy is achieved in SVM, k-NN and LDA classifiers respectively

Teknologi informasi sudah digunakan sejak lama untuk bisnis UMKM. Banyak masyarakat yang memiliki bisnis UMKM menggunakan toko online untuk mempromosikan bisnisnya. Untuk dapat menarik pelanggan yang lama agar berbelanja kembali ke toko online, salah satunya dengan memberikan voucher belanja. Voucher belanja diberikan untuk pelanggan lama yang mempunyai potensial untuk berbelanja kembali ke toko online. Dalam menentukan pelanggan mana yang tepat dibutuhkan algoritma penambangan data untuk mencari informasi yang tepat di mana pelanggan tersebut dapat berbelanja kembali. Namun kesalahan memilih algoritma dapat mengakibatkan tidak optimalnya pendapatan yang diproyeksikan. Dalam penelitian ini akan menganalisis dan membandingkan algoritma Naive Bayes, J48, dan Random Forest Tree untuk studi kasus toko online. Penelitian ini melibatkan 7 kriteria yang akan digunakan untuk menjadi bahan dalam pengolahan data. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan random forest tree adalah algoritma terbaik untuk menentukan potensial dari pelanggan toko online. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan pemberian voucher belanja kepada pelanggan agar bisnis UMKM dapat berjalan dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang optimal.
