This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of coal water slurry gasification technology (CWS). Sinopec Qilu combines with the structural characteristics of gasifier burner, analyzes the phenomenon of the short service life of gasifier burner from various perspectives, and expounds reasons. The requirements of CWS gasification for the fuel burner are given, and the new idea used in jet-nozzle design is also given in this paper.

The life of the hydraulic pump is affected by many factors. According to the statistical information of failure of the main hydraulic pump of an aircraft, we apply the reliability engineering theory to calculate and analyze its service life. As known in calculation, the service life of hydraulic pump conforms to Weibull distribution, and there is no the useful life period. The basic reasons resulting in the decline in the service life of the pump are the higher work pressure, the poor work condition and serious hydraulic system pollution. Furthermore, several measures for use and maintenance are given.

The take-up winder is an important equipment of chemical fiber textile machinery. Vibration performance is the key to decide quality and service life of product. The modal of winder is analyzed. It is shown that the rotation speed cannot be kept away from fifth and sixth resonance frequency. The Maximum stress response is calculated by harmonic analysis. According to results of high-cycle fatigue tests, the service life of winder is evaluated. The results show that there is the risk of fatigue damage for small damp ratio. Unlimited fatigue life can be obtained by creasing damp ratio. It can be concluded that creasing damp is an effective way to improve the service life.
