AbstractThe polyaniline was synthesized by in situ polymerization in the presence of ¦Â-naphthalenesulfonic acid which acts as template. The structure, morphology and magnetoeletric properties of samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the standard Van Der Pauw DC four-probe method and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) techniques. The results indicated that polyaniline exhibited the hysteresis loops of the ferromagnetic nature and the conductance is high at 53.35 S/cm which possess both magnetic properties and electrical properties.
