Colleges and universities as the important structure of social organization, as well as the large energy structure consumption, it is necessary to analyze the energy consumption characteristics and factors, evaluate the energy-saving potential of college, realize the situation of the energy management system, and then, the energy used in college and economic burden can be reduced based on theory of improving energy management by strengthening energy control management. In this paper, the electrical energy potential saving of consumption in college has been analyzed and evaluated based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) model method. The LonWorks in fieldbus is used in technology field. Finally, the management measures and energy saving methods are proposed.

Energy is an important element in human daily life. In Malaysia, about 80% of electrical energy produced from burning fuels that will cause of carbon dioxide emission to atmosphere. The effect could be reduced with less energy consumption. This project focuses on energy management strategies for energy saving that can be done on the HVAC system, air-cond, lighting and office equipment in Emergency Department, Block C Hospital Sungai Buloh. The annual profit, total cost and payment period for each research method are also studied. To implement for all major system must be link to chapter by Buiding Automation System. Major studies for this topic is to implement energy saving, calculate energy comsumption, power, area specific room, return of investment, analysis for daily cost for used, total for kWh for monthly usage.

Electrical energy consumption is one of the focus areas in Green and Sustainable technology in the 21st century. Many energy consultants offers services to reduce the electricity consumption to the commercial consumer. Many proposals are focusing on selling their energy management system product which cost a lot of initial investment. The problem of applying energy management system is that the building needs major renovation. In this paper, electricity consumption is reduced through delamping method. The delamping is strategizing based on energy efficiency audit. This technique complies with the ASHRAE international standard for office building. The number of light reduced and electricity consumption from this exercise can translate into reduction of maintenance and electricity bill. The comparison of payback period for various energy saving techniques were discussed as well.

Few small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have undertaken an energy audit to date and even fewer have taken action to implement energy-saving measures. Lack of time, knowledge, and finance, coupled with the low priority that SMEs give to energy management, are the most commonly cited barriers to effective energy management in SMEs. Four projects funded by Horizon 2020 (SPEEDIER, SMEmPower Efficiency, E2DRIVER, and Innoveas) have developed innovative capacity-building programmes designed to eliminate these barriers and encourage SMEs to undertake energy audits and implement the recommended energy efficiency measures. This paper presents an overview of the innovations being tested and suggests a series of policy recommendations that could help to drive uptake of energy audits in SMEs.
