In order to meet various needs and realize software reuse, a middle-ranking cadre of universities evaluation management information system (MCE-MIS) based on SOA is proposed. It is a loosely coupled, protocol independent information system integrating existing information systems such as Personnel and Performance MIS. After analyzing the requirement of the system, the cadre evaluation flowchart, use case and system integration solution are described in detail. SOA provides a solution to set up low-cost, open and flexible integration system in universities.

The paucity of human factors work in computer system design is noted, and reasons for this are elaborated with particular reference to computer-based management information systems. The main obstacle to such human factors endeavor would appear to be the lack of appropriate investigatory techniques. To remedy this deficiency a method is proposed which derived from the field of psychotherapy. Pilot studies are reported which demonstrate the technique and indicate how the data obtained may be interpreted. An appraisal of the potential of this technique in the management information system field is presented.

Perawat mempunyai kontribusi yang sangat penting dalam melaksanakan pelayanan kesehatan pada umumnya dan keperawatan pada khususnya. Kondisi pelaksanaan suhan keperawatandan pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan di Indonesia masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dalam pelaksanaandokumentasi keperawatan perawat srring mengeluh terhadap dokumentasi yang memakan waktu, terlalu banyak memerlukan tulisan dan banyaj perawat belum sepenuhnya faham menuliskannya. Sistem informasi yang berbasis computer sangat praktis karena mampu menyimpan data yang sangat banyak dalam sebuah kotak kecil/hard disk yang berukurab 15x10x5 cm. sistem informasi juga dirancang untuk mengikuti era globalisasi sehingga perawat di Indonesia tidak tertinggal dengan perawat yang di luar negeri. Sistem informasi manajemen berbasis computer sangat banyak keuntungannya tapi perlu dipersiapkan dengan matang sehingga diperoleh sistem informasi yang efektif, handal, akurat dan terpercaya. Nurses have important contribution to deliver health care services in general and nursing care service in particular. Nursing care delivery system includes nursing documentation in Indonesia needs to be improved. In implementing the nursing documentation, many nurses complained of insufficient time, too wordy, and lack of understanding in writing the documentation. He proposed solution is to implement computer based management information system. Computer based management Information System (MIS) is very practical since it has capability to keep bunches of data in a small box/hard disk of 15x10x5 cm. computer based MIS is designed to empower Indonesian nurses in documentation, so they will not be left behind by their colleagues from other countries. Computer based MIS has many advantages, how ever it’s still to be comprehensively prepared in order to produce an effective, accurate, achievable, manageable and trusted information system.

In this article we can analyzes that what is a MIS, Components and types of MIS Why MIS and what is the use of MIS in an information field. The design of a computer based MIS to aid in the search for information is a specialized task, requiring extensive knowledge of how information can be organized and how people search for information. The advantages and disadvantages of MIS discussed in this article also. But there are some most important things for MIS like computerized infrastructure, technical trained staff, accurate data collection and a database manager or information officer.

The paper discusses the current application status of enterprise human resource management information system (EHRMIS), and presents the design objective and function structure of the EHRMIS. A practical solution is designed for the implementation of system function based on modularization. The successful implementation of this human resource management system realizes the seamless coalescence with OA system, effectively integrates company's resource, and improves informatization of company's human resource management. In addition, it also facilitates the company to attract and retain talent, and make the training of staff and performance assessment more convenient.
