Culture growing in Indonesia and overseas intrinsically dynamic. Nature of culture as a result of human creativity is always moving and displacement. When his journey to the vibrant place anyway, culture is likely to mix with the native culture which then grow and develop into a new culture. Culture is a strong factor that affects the mindset. Over time, society has a way of looking at the world deal, behave, and interact with each other. In other words, they have their own color and pattern of the deal while making rules in social life. Yogyakarta in Java, which is known as one of the cultural centers of Java development, especially ritual Grebeg Maulud. Ritual Grebeg Maulud over time reflecting the constantly changing movement of social change, culture, politics, economics and society in his day. Ritual is a means of connecting Grebeg Maulud transcendental between man and God (Manunggaling Kawula-Gusti) and guidance from the teachings of the holy book (Islam). But this time Grebeg Maulud also has another function, namely as a spectacle. This suggests a cultural shift from the sacred to the profane. Batik as a dress code in the Carnival celebrations Grebeg Maulud is one reflection of the existence of culture in Yogyakarta Palace. The use of batik in a ritual procession Grebeg Maulud is a tradition that continues to this day. Batik palace is considered one of the symbols of the existence of power relations by creating a specific motive for a particular class. It's obvious. Deviations are entirely around us. As the situation is promptly fluctuating, in today's sphere of globalization the structure, pattern, and process of work are changing drastically, and working for an organization is likely to be very different due to competitive pressures and technological breakthroughs. Now the organizational work is more focused on technological competence, workforce diversity, teamwork, leadership, social-based skills, strategic planning, cross-culture training, and effective communication, which holds the keys to the growth of the organization. As the nature of the work environment continues to change, new trends have emerged at the individual, team, and organizational levels too. Basically, when we talk about the change, there is a close relationship between culture and change. Culture generally talks about existing values, practices, set of procedures, norms, and various beliefs by the member of an organization, and these are highly resistant to change.

Cultures are an integral part of our being. We are born in cultures, which mould our behaviours, attitudes, and cognitions. Culture is a system of meanings and knowledge, belief systems, and morals as well as laws. Culture is acquired, and people change in response to culture and, in return, individuals change culture. Culture informs our world view and offers symbols with specific meanings, not only for individuals in that particular culture but also for others looking in. Culture needs to be differentiated from race and ethnicity. Furthermore, for migrants there are stages in the process of migration that affect their processes of acculturation, which can result in different types of adjustment in the new country, including assimilation, biculturalism, and deculturation. The response of the new country is also important in welcoming or rejecting migrants whatever their reason for migration. Cultural competence is a part of good clinical practice.
