This is the second paper of the induction theory of gravitational field. In the first paper, a new space-time view, which considers the influence of gravity, was constructed. In the new view of time and space, classical mechanics no longer holds. In this paper, the theory of mechanics and energy is established in the new space-time relation. In this paper, the basic mechanical law in the new space-time relationship is derived from the inertial force of the observed object relative to the reference object. Second, according to this basic law, the new formulas of gravitation and electromagnetic force in the space-time relationship are derived. Third, the influence of the moving of the observation object on the force is discussed. Finally, the new law of mass energy conversion is discussed.

AbstractThe impressionist artist Edgar Degas (1834-1917) is widely known for his artistic production dedicated to the representation of movement. Degas has done a careful study, realistically depicting the movement both in his paintings of scenes of horses, women bathing and dancing, and in his sculptures of dancers in various positions of classical ballet. Since movements exist only at the intersection space-time, and visual works of art exist only in physical spaces defined by the works themselves, this article discusses the perception of time in the work of Degas. Therefore, this paper emphasizes aspects of the representation of movement used by the artist and the implied relations of these aspects with the perception of time. The timing perception is addressed according to studies that revealed components of the subjective perception of time related to a meeting of an observer with a work of visual art (aesthetic episode).

Existing theories cannot reasonably explain some astronomical phenomena now observed. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the possible limitations of existing theories. First, eight important defects of the existing theories are analyzed in this paper. These eight important defects prove that there are serious errors in the space-time view of the existing macro-physical theories, and it is necessary to rethink the space-time relationship. Then the philosophical basis of reference system is discussed, and a new reference system is constructed. Then, based on the new reference system and the space-time relationship, the approximation limit of time and space at infinite distance from the source of gravitational field is reconstructed, and the relationship between gravitational field and space-time is reconstructed according to this limit. Then the relationships between the new theory and the existing theories are discussed, and the conclusions are consistent with the limitations of the existing theories discussed above. Finally, the new theory is used to explain the above phenomena which cannot be explained by the existing theories.
