As a new type of sliding support structure, composite support structure has excellent performance. It is a structure in which two rows of reinforced concrete piles are placed in an appropriate position and the front pile head is connected with the back pile body by a rigid beam. It will form a double row spatial structure, similar to the seating. h-type anti-slide pile can save (or even do not need) anchoring components, form a double-row pile supporting structure system, and achieve good supporting performance. By adjusting the position of tie - beam, the new type anti - slide pile has wider universality and applicability. We can make assumptions in the actual calculation.h - type anti - slide pile has strong anti - overturning ability. The compressive strength of the front pile and the tensile strength of the back pile can form a pair of effective anti-overturning bending moments, and the rigid joints also improve the anti-overturning ability.

In order to analyze the damage mechanism of the reinforced concrete stabilizing pile, this article studies the seismic deformation of a reinforced slope without groundwater. Then, the breaking mechanism of stabilizing pile is studied by using dynamic finite element method. The results show that the slope deformation caused by the earthquake leads to the obvious increase of dynamic bending moments, and the bending moments eventually go beyond the ultimate strength moment of the reinforced concrete piles.

An extensive finite element analysis was performed to study the settlement behavior of vertically loaded piles entirely embedded in non-homogeneous rock. To avoid utilizing interrelated parameters, pile-rock relative stiffness was expressed as a function of the elastic modulus of rock mass near the pile head that does not depend on pile length. Cases of pile-rock stiffness ratios that are typical for reinforced concrete piles bored in sedimentary rocks were investigated. Charts were developed to predict the elastic settlement of vertically loaded piles in non-homogeneous media. An equation was also introduced to incorporate the effect of rock non-homogeneity in estimating the depth at which settlement becomes insensitive to the increase of pile length.

Composite support structure of continuous arch internal support is a new type of maintenance structure of deep foundation. In this paper, as the cylindrical shell in the ring uniform load analytical solutions of elasticity a starting point, the design and calculations methods of composite support structure of continuous arch internal supporting are discussed. Engineering examples of composite support structure of continuous arch internal supporting in deep excavation engineering applications are analyzed and summarized. At the same time, the design parameters are provided for more engineering applications.

The working state of the five hundred-meter aperture spherical telescope (FAST) is solved using the step-wise assignment method. In this paper, the mathematical model of the cable-net support structure of the FAST is set up by the catenary equation. There are a large number of nonlinear equations and unknown parameters of the model. The nonlinear equations are solved by using the step-wise assignment method. The method is using the analytical solutions of the cable-net equations of one working state as the initial value for the next working state, from which the analytical solutions of the nonlinear equations of the cable-net for each working state of the FAST and the tension and length of each driving cable can be obtained. The suggested algorithm is quite practically well suited to study the working state of the cable-net structures of the FAST. Also, the working state analysis result of the cable-net support structure of a reduced model of the cable-net structure reflector for the FAST is given to verify the reliability of the method. In order to show the validity of the method, comparisons with another algorithm to set the initial value are presented. This method has an important guiding significance to the further study on the control of the new type of flexible cable driving mechanism, especially the FAST.
