VARIABILITY OF RICE VARIETIES OF RUSSIAN BREEDING WITH LOW AMYLOSE CONTENT ON TECHNOLOGICAL GRAIN QUALITY TRAITS IN CONNECTION WITH THE NITROGEN NUTRITION LEVEL IN VEGETATION CONDITIONS IN ABINSKY DISTRICT, KRASNODAR REGION

The article studies the technological grain quality traits of rice varieties of Russian breeding Rapan, Flagman, Olimp, Azov, Patriot in the yield of 2017-2019 grown in the Abinsky district, Krasnodar region. Purpose of the research was to study the effect of doses of nitrogen fertilizers on the technological grain quality traits of rice varieties with a low amylose content. Rice varieties were evaluated by mass of 1000 absolutely dry grains, filminess, vitreousity, and fracture when grown with different doses of nitrogen fertilizers N60, N120. With an increase in the dose of nitrogen to N120, "the mass of 1000 absolutely dry grains", "vitreousity", "fracture" remained unchanged or the "filminess" changed. The pattern of changes in grain quality traits may indicate an intensive type of varieties Rapan and Olimp.

HONING PROCESS USING WATER-BASED COOLANT CONTAINING SOLUBLE WATER POLYMERS

Honing using a silicate-cooling liquid improves the quality of work surfaces, which increases the reliability and durability of the interfaces. This coolant can be used in existing technological processes. it is cheap, fireproof, does not contain scarce components, is environmentally friendly, accessible and easy to manufacture.

TECHNOLOGY FOR CROSS-FERTILIZATION OF BERRY BUSHES WITH SIMULTANEOUS TREATMENT OF THE SPACE BETWEEN THE ROWS

The paper describes a technology for cross-fertilization of berry bushes with simultaneous treatment of the space between the rows and technical equipment for its implementation, developed by ITSA – branch of FSAC VIM. The developed combined unit serves to the implementation of the technology for soil tillage with a disk harrow with adjustable working width in the space between the rows of the berry bushes under treatment, and it is able to carry out subsurface band root treatment with liquid fertilizers and foliage spraying of the bushes simultaneously and (or) separately.

LIGHT MODE AND LUMINANCE DURING MULLARDS GROWING

The article discusses the technology of growing young mulard hybrid for subsequent fattening of fatty liver. They are given main production characteristics of growing — temperature conditions, illumination, and the duration of the light period. Data on the dynamics of live weight during cultivation from day old to 28 days, growth and development indicators of young mullards are given.

COMPARATIVE EVALUATION OF THE USE OF FEED WITH DIFFERENT PROTEIN CONTENT FOR GROWING PILENGAS UNDER CONTROLLED CONDITIONS

Linear-weight indicators of pilengas growth were analyzed when using feed with different protein content. When fed with granulated high – protein feed (52%), the absolute increase was 8.7 g, and the average daily increase was 0.29 g/day. Feed with a protein content of 45% showed less growth results (absolute-4.4 g, average daily-0.15 g/day). This result is due to the high content of protein, fat, vitamins, minerals and trace elements.

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF SEPARATION OF POWER CIRCUIT IN THE ADAPTIVE FRICTION CLUTCHES

For the third variant of the adaptive friction clutch with a separate force closure, the boundaries of the change in the value of the feedback gain are determined, within which the clutch has the highest accuracy of operation, if its load characteristic is realized in the form of a curve monotonically increasing in the range of the friction coefficient values. A variant of separate power closure is developed, which provides for the introduction of an additional spring into the clutch design in the closure node of the thorn pairs of the main friction group.
