With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, the development of the construction industry and the information industry has become more mature and sound. However, the practical application of information technology in the existing construction industry still faces corresponding problems, lacking sufficient completeness and specificity. This article will specifically discuss and analyze the building structure integrated collaborative design program of building information model, in order to provide a foundation for the development of modern construction industry.

In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional architectural design process, so as to realize the green building model of task coordination, this article through the analysis of the architectural design work in the process of information flow characteristics, based on green building information model of collaborative design decision-making system, to supervise and control the information flow process. IDEF0s method is applied to traffic simulation model was set up at the same time, in order to realize the green building effective connection each process, various professional and task coordination, maximize the efficiency of the total project life cycle, the purpose of improving the efficiency of resource utilization.

The rapid development of the construction world in Indonesia has led to an increase in supporting technology that is more effective and efficient. The Building Information Model (BIM) technology that begins with the creation of an as-built 3D model, this model describes the existing condition of the building. The Terrestrial Laser Scanner (TLS) method can provide a point cloud with a decent point density, but there are still areas of the building that aren't covered, such as the roof. To be more complete and detailed, additional data is needed using an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). The results of the combination of TLS and UAV complement each other so that the results of the point cloud can form more detailed buildings. BIM may be built by combining these two data sets, allowing for the three-dimensional depiction of assets in buildings. The registration results for TLS point cloud data have a fairly good value where the overlap value is 44.9% (minimum 30%), balance is 41.2% (minimum 20%), points < 6mm is 98.9% (minimum 90%). The measurement results using the UAV have an RMSE GCP value of 0.266m and an RMSE ICP of 0.455m. Merging the results of TLS and UAV measurements is done using 3DReshaper software with four align points. The final result of making the BIM model is obtained level of detail (LOD) 3 where room models such as columns, floors, stairs, and walls are well depicted, while asset models such as furniture are also depicted although they are still simple objects.

Building Information Model (BIM) was initially proposed by Autodesk in 2002. Currently, BIM has been widely recognized in the industry worldwide, baced on its great value. The concept of BIM has been gradually well-known in construction industry in China, and it’s a good prospect for development and application of BIM. But its application and promotion is still in start-up phase in China. It should be actively promoted in whole society. It was suggested in the paper: application and promotion of BIM technology should be implemented step by step, and precursed to apply in construction phase, ultimately achieved overall industrial application. This paper analyzed characteristics and advantages of application and promotion of BIM technology in construction phase, and discussed implementation sschemes and steps. Finally, it proposed BIM should be grandly guided to achieve comprehensive application in project’s whole-life.

Building information model plays an irreplaceable role in strengthening anti-seismic ability of building structure, it can form automatically by applying Finite Element Analysis Software and Open System for Earthquake Engineering Simulation. Conducted effective structure analysis model according to international basic-class industrial file and select targeted information data. The angle and prospectiveness of model analysis can be developed continuously so that anti- seismic and collapse-resistance ability of building structure can be strengthened constantly. Relevant sub-model transfers various information data in order to improve accuracy of model data analysis. Finite Element Analysis Software and Open System for Earthquake Engineering Simulation positively promote constructing information model; at the same time, they actively strengthen digital construction of model, reasonability and systematicness of information data analysis. Wish this study can provide useful data and theory support for further exploring work. Hope building information model can be applied more in enhancing anti-seismic and collapse-resistance ability of building structure.
