Day camps are a powerful context for youth development. The American Camp Association and Leave No Trace have been integral in supporting youth development by identifying outcomes associated with participation in outdoor recreation. Recreation majors in the programming class used the camp as a service-learning component of the class that offered them valuable hands-on experience in program design, program facilitation, working with youth, and program evaluation. Therefore, this study evaluated the impact of camp on identified youth outcomes. The outdoor recreation camp was a partnership from a private school and local university. The Youth Outcomes Battery provided measures that focus on common outcomes (e.g., affinity for nature). Thirty-one of the 32 campers completed the retrospective questionnaire. The sample was 61% female, with an average age of 9 years. On a scale of 1 to 10, campers scored a 9.32 on Level of Enjoyment. Findings show that over 50% of the campers learned “a little” or “a lot” about the desired outcomes (e.g., affinity for nature). This work provides an example of an evidence-based nature camp.

In the agency administration, the letter is an important means. Important information related to the agency and the secret is embodied in it . The timeliness of receipt of both outgoing and incoming mail should also be considered, therefore the management of incoming and outgoing mail must be implemented correctly. At this time, the procedure is applied to the management of incoming and outgoing mail to the Division of Administration of the STMIK Komputama Majenang from receipt, manufacture, storage, documentation, to verify the letter, all done conventionally. Documentation of incoming and outgoing mail only in the form of writing in the ledger. While on the stage of filing a letter only a hardcopy document storage. The Administration of STMIK Komputama Majenang felt the need to change the mail management method they are currently using, into a computerized and automated mail management method. With the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Management Information System, it is expected to be able to manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems. The filing of letters is done electronically, namely the storage of softcopy documents, and is equipped with reports of incoming and outgoing letters both daily and per period. In addition, this application also helps monitor the disposition of letters at the verification stage. The research methods used to solve various problems that occur are literature, observation, interviews, data and system analysis, system design, program development, program testing, program implementation. The result of this research is to produce an application that can manage incoming and outgoing mail according to the specified flow, and can solve current problems.

Chinese Ming-style furniture is the first of the three major furnitures in the world, which has high artistic value and complete structural system. The protection of Ming-style furniture and making its design show vitality that has always been a research topic in China and even in the world. Based on 3D virtual simulation technology, this paper uses 3D scanning reverse data acquisition technology and intelligent operation of computer engine to realize big data simulation and develops the design software of Ming furniture. By means of computer information technology, we interpret and present the structural thinking and design concept of Ming furniture and transform it into design program software. This has formed a system-wide educational software operation platform for knowledge reserve, thinking training, design and application, and achievement transformation. By applying the mechanism strategy of production and teaching to the talent training plan of colleges and universities, the underlying logic of talent training, technical management, and production management that can open up the innovative industry of Ming furniture is also constructed. After experimenting with the platform software, students are able to understand the relationship between the structure and form of Ming furniture and can design new styles that fit the logic of Ming furniture shapes as they prefer.

Abstrak: Kegiatan surat menyurat ialah kegiatan operasional yang biasa dilakukan setiap orang dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk prosedur pengolahan surat masuk dan keluar saat ini dilakukan secara konvesional baik dalam pembuatan, proses mengelompokan arsip hingga mencari surat. Dalam prosesnya masih ditemui kendala-kendala pada surat itu sendiri ataupun sumber daya manusia yang terlibat didalamnya. Untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada proses pengolahan surat, maka perusahaan memerlukan sistem yang dapat membantu karyawan dalam proses pengolahannya. Pengelolaan surat yang baik dan terstuktur rapi akan lebih efektif dan efisien untuk proses arsip dan disposisi surat, kurangnya penggunaan media kertas dapat meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan di pencatatan surat, dan mempercepat proses pencarian surat. Sistem pengelolaan surat pada PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk menggunakan metode waterfall yang meliputi proses analisa kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program serta pengujian. Metode perancangan sistem yang dipakai ialah unified modelling language terdiri dari rancangan diagram usecase, diagram aktifitas serta pembuatan diagram relasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membantu karyawan yang terlibat dalam proses surat masuk dan keluar sehingga proses pengarsipan, disposisi, pencatatan hingga pencarian surat yang dibutuhkan lebih cepat dan akurat.   Kata kunci: metode waterfall, prosedur surat masuk, sistem informasi, surat keluar, Unified Modelling Language   Abstract:  Correspondence activities are operational activities that are usually carried out by everyone in an organization or company. At PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk, the procedure for processing incoming and outgoing mail is currently carried out conventionally both in the manufacture, the process of grouping archives to finding letters. In the process, there are still obstacles in the letter itself or the human resources involved in it. To overcome problems that occur in the mail processing process, the company needs a system that can help employees in the processing process. Good and neatly structured letter management will be more effective and efficient for the archive and letter disposition process, the lack of use of paper media can minimize the error rate in recording letters, and speed up the letter search process. The mail management system at PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk uses the waterfall method which includes the process of needs analysis, design, program code creation and testing. The system design method used is a unified modeling language consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams and relationship diagrams. This study aims to help employees who are involved in the process of incoming and outgoing letters so that the filing, disposition, recording and searching process for the required letters is faster and more accurate.   Keywords: maximum 5 keywords from paper

The educational system has been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which lead to the cancellation of face-to-face classes from different learning institutions in the whole world. Using the descriptive and phenomenological approach, this study determined the programming proficiency level of sophomore computer science students where laboratories were not available and online classes through learning management system was just one of the options to deliver the lessons to the students. It determined the proficiency level of the students across the four indicators (program design, program execution, specification satisfaction and coding structures). Findings revealed that the students have an “advanced skills in computer programming and application” across the different evaluative indicators. It was also found out that the proficiency levels of students based from their groupings do not vary which gave meaningful output of their project. It further manifested that their main concerns or problems in developing the programs are lack of programming skills, insufficient knowledge in programming, weak internet connection, communication barriers among members and the passive participation of members of the group.

Qualified human resources will lead educational institutions to achieve their goals easily. This paper was written to know the concept of developing human resource management is, and the process of developing human resource management in Islamic educational institutions is. The author uses a qualitative approach to the type of literature (library research). The stages of the research that the author did were collecting research materials, reading literature, making small notes, processing the readings into research data. After analyzing the results obtained, among others: The concept of human resource management development is an activity of planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating. The process of developing human resource management includes education, training, and self-development. In more detail the process of developing human resources through, first: by conducting a needs diagnosis, second: conducting problem design, program design, participation design, educational calendar design, individual needs design, a group needs design, time design, procedure, and evaluation, third: the implementation process, and finally carry out the evaluation.

As part of job design program, job rotation is more focused on creating new atmosphere for employees. The employees have diverse abilities as well as skills which impact on motivation for doing their duty. The research was conducted at a cigarette company that developed machine-rolled kretek cigarette technology. The company has rotated employee jobs in production and packaging. The research was conducted by conducting interviews and observations in the company. The results showed that job rotation did not have a significant effect on employee performance. However, job rotation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The managerial implication of the study showed that employees' performance will improve with the good job rotation preparation. Information about the job rotation should be gave in the beginning in order to provide employees' opportunities for developing their passion as well as build effective two way communication

Rest area in Katoi North Kolaka Regency is a stopover / resting place. Designing a rest area that can adequate the needs of road users who travel far, with the aim as a means of accommodation that can meet the needs. When resting and can be a means of recreation for rest areausers. The approach method used in this research is a descriptive analysis method, namely by collecting, describing, compiling and analyzing data so that a planning and design program approach is obtained for further use in the preparation of space programs and the basic concepts of planning and design. Discussion produces a concept of design reference, namely macro concept, and micro concept. Macro concepts discuss references in determining location, managing site / site, circulation, basic shape and appearance of buildings, and the arrangement of outdoor spaces. While the micro concept discusses the reference on the needs that can support functions in the building, including facilities and infrastructure in the rest areabuilding. With the planning and design of rest areas, it is expected to be an adequate facility for Trans Sulawesi road as a means of accommodation for road users, so as to reduce the accident rate. The application of tropical architectural themes in rest areas is expected to overcome the problems posed by the climate. Tropical architecture can provide solutions to buildings through natural lighting and natural conditioning, so that comfort can be felt for its users.
