This paper investigates the problems of increasing the efficiency of technological installations of oil refineries, which produce high-octane and environmentally friendly motor fuels. We used methods of mathematical modeling and fuzzy mathematics to maximize the volume of gasoline produced and improve its quality indicators, taking into account the imposed restrictions. On the basis of a systematic approach, an effective methodology is created for the development of a package of models of interconnected plant units using available information of a different nature, including fuzzy information. The resulting package of models makes it possible to systematically simulate the work of the unit under study and to increase the efficiency of the facility by increasing the volume of manufactured target products and improving its quality indicators. There are presented results of the analysis and expert assessment of the catalytic reforming unit LG-35-11/300-95 and the choice of the optimal type of model for individual units. A scheme is being created for combining the developed models into a single package of models. On the basis of the proposed methodology, hybrid models are being developed that make it possible to determine the volume of produced catalyzate and its quality indicators.

Today, one of the most widespread processes in modern oil refining is the production and purification of hydrogen, which is used in the production of ammonia, methanol, and plastics. Without it, the production of high-quality motor fuels is impossible, since this gas is involved in the hydrogenation process (hydrotreating) [1]. Currently, at oil refineries and petrochemical plants, hydrogen is obtained in two ways: from natural gas by steam reforming into a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide (synthesis gas), in a catalytic reforming unit, where a mixture of hydrogen and light hydrocarbon gases (hydrogen-containing gas) is released. Most modern oil refineries have a hydrogen production unit, its widespread use in industry is explained by its chemical activity, ease of production and high exothermicity of the process [2].

Рассмотрен подход к оценке результатов разработки веб-ориентированных систем в рамках экспертных систем на основе применения лингвистического подхода. Рассмотрены особенности формирования интегральных показателей качества функционирования и эксплуатации веб-ориентированных систем. Показан способ формализации требований экспертов к веб-ориентированным системам. Оценка эксплуатационных характеристик строится на основе формирования лингвистических шкал, позволяющих оценить качественные показатели, не имеющиe количественной оценки. Приведены примеры лингвистических термов для оценки разнообразных показателей работы веб-ориентированных систем. Приведено соответствие между уточняющими показателями качества разработанной системы и лингвистическими термами. Рассмотрен подход к переходу от качественных показателей к количественным частотным характеристикам. Экспертная система обеспечивает учет неопределенности в оценке веб-проектов и базируется на формализации неточной и нечеткой информации. Предложенный подход к формированию экспертной системы оценки разработанной веб-ориентированной системы обеспечивает согласованную оценку разработанной системы с помощью группы интегральных показателей качества. Экспертная оценка позволит определить соответствие реализации проекта поставленным целям разработки, что, в свою очередь, даст возможность установить, насколько будет успешной финансовая составляющая деятельности компании, что является главным показателем эффективности The article considers an approach to evaluating the results of the development of web-oriented systems in the framework of expert systems based on the use of a linguistic approach. It discusses the features of the formation of integral indicators of the quality of functioning and operation of web-oriented systems. We show the method of formalizing the requirements of experts for web-based systems. The evaluation of operational characteristics is based on the formation of linguistic scales that allow one to evaluate qualitative indicators that do not have a quantitative assessment. We give examples of linguistic terms for evaluating various performance indicators of web-oriented systems and also we give the correspondence between the clarifying quality indicators of the developed system and the linguistic terms. We considered an approach to the transition from qualitative indicators to quantitative frequency characteristics. The expert system takes into account the uncertainty in the evaluation of web projects and is based on the formalization of inaccurate and fuzzy information. The proposed approach to the formation of an expert evaluation system of the developed web-based system provides a consistent assessment of the developed system with the help of a group of integral quality indicators. The expert assessment will determine the compliance of the project implementation with the set development goals, which, in turn, will make it possible to determine how successful the financial component of the company's activities will be, which is the main indicator of efficiency

Milk is a part of many food products. In the expert assessment of raw material quality, primary attention should be paid to its microbiological safety, since poisoning with dairy products is a common cause of gastrointestinal tract diseases. The experiment was conducted on the basis of the Educational and Production Livestock Complex of the FSBEI HE RSAU – MAA n.a. K.A. Timiryazev (city of Moscow). The purpose of the study is to optimize the quality indicators of raw milk and dairy products. A method of raw milk processing has been studied to reduce the number of potentially dangerous microorganisms in the products produced from it. The fact of changes in organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters under the influence of an electromagnetic field is established; the quantitative and qualitative composition of milk and yogurt microorganisms is assessed. The article describes the issues of ensuring the microbiological safety of raw milk and suggests a method for optimizing the sanitary and hygienic indicators of dairy products, in accordance with the current requirements of regulatory documents.

Жаростойкий бетон предназначается для промышленных агрегатов и строительных конструкций, подверженных нагреванию. Важнейшими задачами в производстве жаростойких бетонов является увеличение сроков службы тепловых агрегатов и уменьшение себестоимости изделий за счет повышения долговечности и качества выпускаемых материалов. Обладая высокими физико-техническими и экономическими показателями, жаростойкие бетоны во многих случаях более эффективны, чем штучные огнеупорные материалы. Описана процедура формирования системы качественных показателей методом экспертного опроса для оценки жаростойких, огнеупорных бетонов, используемых для футеровки тепловых агрегатов предприятий промышленности строительных материалов, нефтехимической промышленности, черной и цветной металлургии. Этот метод позволяет обозначить мнение специалистов по исследуемой проблеме, проранжировать какие-либо признаки и определить степень важности. Для каждого показателя рассчитан коэффициент весомости. С помощью рассчитанного коэффициента весомости определена степень значимости конкретного показателя для оценки качества.

Subject matter. Justification of the choice of a model range of heavy vehicles when organizing purchases in the framework of large-scale infrastructure projects. Goal. Increasing the efficiency of the process of determining the model range of heavy automobile equipment, in terms of its operation, at the stage of initiating large-scale infrastructure projects, by creating a special methodological approach, and on its basis - an appropriate information technology for decision support. Tasks. To develop a complex fuzzy model for assessing the quality of heavy automobile equipment during its operation. To propose a method for collective expert assessment of the quality of heavy automobile equipment during its operation. To develop an applied information technology to support decision-making on the formation of a model range of purchased heavy vehicles. Methods. System analysis – in the development of a comprehensive model of the quality of heavy automotive equipment; fuzzy mathematics – to ensure the process of fuzzy assessment by experts of the quality of heavy automobile equipment during its operation; expertology – when creating a method for forming a generalized quality assessment by means of collective expert assessment; software engineering – when creating applied information technology for collective expert assessment of the quality of heavy automobile equipment. Results. An approach to the creation of a number of applied information technologies for complex expert assessment of the quality of operation of a wide class of vehicles using the example of heavy automobile equipment. Conclusions. A comprehensive model has been developed for assessing the quality of heavy automobile equipment, at the stage of its operation, using the principles and approaches that are generally accepted in system analysis. The method of presentation and further implementation of a complex quality assessment model by means of fuzzy mathematics, which makes it possible to increase the efficiency of expert assessment, is described. A method for forming a team of experts is proposed, which implements the selection of an expert from several applicants, while taking into account the communication capabilities of individual members of the team of experts. The applied information technology for complex assessment of the quality of heavy automobile equipment in the aspect of its operation is described, in order to justify the choice of a model range for the acquisition of this equipment in the implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.
