This work has investigated analysis results of management problems and solutions to the processes organization for creating competitive products and production services of an industrial enterprise which were presented in the scientific reports of the section "Economics and organization of mechanical engineering production" of the All-Russian conference of young scientists and specialists (with international participation) titled "The future of mechanical engineering in Russia", held from September 22 to 25, 2020 at the BMSTU, substantiated the development relevance of scientific research specialty "Organization of production". This specialty includes the development of scientific, methodological, and system-technical foundations for the design of organizational structures of enterprises and organization of production processes. It also includes development of methods and means of informatization and computerization of production processes, their documentary support at all stages; development of scientific, methodological and system-technical principles for increasing the efficiency of the functioning and quality of the organization of production systems; improving the quality and competitiveness of products, quality control systems and product certification; development and implementation of the production management principles, including the training of personnel and the effectiveness of labor organization forms; analysis and synthesis of organizational and technical solutions; development of methods and tools for planning and managing production processes and their results. This work has been addressed to specialists in the field of theory and practice of organization of production

SummaryThe paper demonstrates the compatibility between competition as a rivalry among firms and increasing returns resulting from innovative choice. The analysis offers the prospect of a general theory of economic evolution. It is carried out by means of a model, which makes it possible to exhibit the time structure of production processes and to sketch out the sequential interaction of decisions in a process of restructuring of productive capacities for the whole economy. It shows that several firms can coexist in the market, despite the existence of increasing returns, yet remain differentiated not so much because they supply differentiated goods, but because they are each one at a different stage of the life cycle of the production process.

Organizational culture is an attribute of any company. Manufacturing enterprises are most affected by it. The quality of organizational culture affects the efficiency of all production processes. To achieve the best results, it is necessary to work on optimizing the company’s culture. The functions of the organizational culture, its type, the nature of the interaction between employee and organizational elements have been considered and the estimated components of the efficiency of the organizational culture have been identified. The ideology of a competitive product of an industrial enterprise in the future has been considered conceptually.

Abstract This paper describes CYBERBIKES, a real-time simulation of an enterprise that produces bicycles. The system is designed as a virtual environment. It is based on a realistic 3-D model of an industrial enterprise coupled with the representation and control of production processes. Furthermore, the flow of information like production data is visualized by means of clear metaphors. The user is immersed in the virtual environment by using a head mounted display through which he/she can explore the various departments of the industrial enterprise and learn how information technology influences modern production processes. This system is intended to train students of industrial engineering in the workings of a modern industrial enterprise. It will also be used for research in production technology as well as in the practical study of virtual reality technology.

The article deals with the issue of drawing up the energy balance of a fat and oil enterprise. The results of experimental studies are presented. The energy balance of the average consumed power in kWh and in MJ was compiled in order to obtain a generalized energy balance at the company "EUROSNAR" LLC. A nomenclature is proposed that fully covers production processes and corresponds to the currently accepted indicators of accounting and control in a market economy, and a nomogram for determining the specific consumption of heat energy per ton of seeds and oils for production in general. It has been substantiated that one of the ways to solve the problem of improving the reliability and accuracy of forecasts of indicators of the energy balance of an industrial enterprise is their forecasting, taking into account the relationship with other indicators characterizing the production process. When implementing this method, the foundations of the theory of probability and mathematical statistics were used.

My response to Fey’s article (1985; reprinted 1992, this issue) focuses on the confusion caused by the application of simplistic phonological definitions and models to the assessment and treatment of children with speech delays. In addition to having no explanatory adequacy, such definitions/models lead either to assessment and treatment procedures that are similarly focused or to procedures that have no clear logical ties to the models with which they supposedly are linked. Narrowly focused models and definitions also usually include no mention of speech production processes. Bemoaning this state of affairs, I attempt to show why it is important for clinicians to embrace broad-based models of phonological disorders that have some explanatory value. Such models are consistent with assessment procedures that are comprehensive in nature and treatment procedures that focus on linguistic, as well as motoric, aspects of speech.
