Transmission data taken at both the 80 and 200 m stations of the Oak Ridge Electron Linear Accelerator have provided resonance parameters for 90Zr to 300 keV bombarding energy. The average s-wave parameters obtained were: <D> = 8616keY and So = (0S4014)x10-4 , while the average parameters for the two p-wave sequences were: for P1/2, <D> = 86 1 . 6 keY and SI = (3910)x 10-4 ; for P3/2, <D> =o430S keY and SI = (4308)x 10-4 ?

The neutron transmission through 209Bi was measured with high resolution at both the 80 and 200 m stations of the Oak Ridge Electron Linear Accelerator. Resonance parameters for s-wave levels below 270 keY and for p-wave levels below 100 keY bombarding energy were obtained. Approximately 25 % of the expected neutron strength of a particle-vibrator doorway was identified in the energy range analysed for s-wave resonances. The average s-wave level spacing is s = 45 06 ke V after correcting for missed levels. The s- and p-wave neutron strength functions are respectively: 104 So = 065 015 (E < 170 keY); 104 Sl = o 25 007 (E < 60 keY). Both strength functions show evidence of energy-dependent structure.

The neutron transmission through 91 Zr was measured at both the 80 and 200 m stations of ORELA and, in combination with a capture measurement at .the 40 m. station, has resulted in resolved resonance parameters below. 20 keV bombarding , energy. The average s-wave resonance parameters obtained were as follows: the average level spacing <D). = 640 120 eV,. the neutron strength function 104S~ = O36010 and the average radiative width <r,). = 1408 meV. For p waveS, the average parameters were: <D)p = 300 50 eV, 104 SI =5' 7 1'0 and <r,)p = 220 12 meV. A correlation between p-wave reduced neutron widths and radiative widths is found which is attributed to valence neutron transitions.

Resolved resonance evaluation of the 239Pu cross section in the energy range up 4 keV has been carried out with the SAMMY computer code. Existing resolved resonance evaluation such as ENDF/B-VIII.0 and JENDL4 data libraries for 239Pu is limited to 2.5 keV whereas above this energy the unresolved resonance methodology is used. High resolution transmission and fission data taken at the Oak Ridge Electron Linear Accelerator (ORELA) permitted extending the resonance region up to 4 keV. The thermal and average fission cross section values calculated with the resonance parameters derived in the evaluation fall close to that indicated in the suggested IAEA fission standards.
